    PlayOff Watch

Alright PMFL here goes the official Playoff Watch straight from the musky smell of the gridiron. So let’s look at how teams are looking at with 6 games left in the season.

Teams with a strong jockstrap or NOT:

With the exception of the NFC West, the other 3 divisions are coming in to a dog fight in the last qrt of the season. Lets see why:

Rams (Andyman) 8-1: This team looks to have started off were they left off last season WINNING. After loosing their week 3 game only to the PMFL Champs by 7 points, they seemed to have come back to dominate the NFC once again, and for that they lead the NFC. Once again Andy has a lock down on the division and the NFC, with already have beaten the Bucs which currently sit at the #2 spot in the NFC. All this Rams need is a win vs the Cowboys in week 13 and the #1 spot in the NFC should be his.

Games to keep an eye on for the Rams: Week 12 & 13 vs the Patriots & Cowboys.

Prediction: Wins NFC West, 1st round bye, and homefield advantage throughout the playoffs. Once again :D

Bucs (Chunk) 8-2: Coming in undefeated in there division this team is on its way to making the playoffs once again. Their only 2 losses: One coming at the hands of the #1 team in the NFC the Rams and their 2nd coming at the hands of the Eagles in a last second FG.

Games to keep an eye on for the Bucs: Week 14 & 16 vs the Raiders & Panthers.

Prediction: Bucs win the division and hang on to the #2 spot in the playoffs.

Cowboys (hoodii) 8-2: Another team coming in at 8-2. The Cowboys lost their first game vs a Falcons team that knows them very well but only loosing by 4 points. The other at the hands of the #2 NFC team the Bucs. This team is also undefeated in the division, but a hot 7-3 Redskin team might be a problem down the stretch.

Games to keep an eye on for the Boys: Week 14 & 16 vs the Redskins in both.

Prediction: They split the series with the Redskins and hang on to win the division.

Lions (BigSmooth33) 6-4: This surprising Lion team is on top of their division but not by a lot, ahead only one game from the Vikings but have beaten them already. This team is looking to win their division for the 1st time since 1993, but a hard road is ahead of them.

Games to keep an eye on for the Lions: Week 12 & 13 vs the Colts & Vikings.

Prediction: Lions pull off a tough win vs the Colts and then sweep the Vikings, they will win their division and move on to the playoffs.

Teams holding on to their G-String:

Redskins (Scikotic1) 7-3: This team is rolling red hot right now, but with 5 out of the last 6 games coming vs division opponents its gonna be real hard for them to stay up top and get a wildcard.

Games to keep an eye on for the Skins: Week 13 & 14 vs the Eagles & Cowboys.

Prediction: They peaked too early having won 6 games straight in the middle of the season. And end up getting losses when they really needed wins vs division opponents. They miss the playoffs by an inch.

Panthers (Casino) 6-4: This Panthers team just like the Skins started off hot winning their first 4 games, but have been in a up and down since then. They lost 2, Won 2, Lost 2. If this keeps true, watch them end up with a 9-7 record and miss the playoffs.

Games to keep an eye on for the Panthers: Week 14 & 16 vs the Chiefs & Bucs.

Teams below are fighting to stay alive and above .500. But with the NFC G-String holders anything can happen and playoff seats will be up for grabs. Don’t count these teams out as they all have a great coaching staff and will be challenging their current division leaders.

    Vikings (Iboogie_32) 5-5

    Eagles (Miklos) 5-5

    Giants (Phenom247) 5-5

Teams below .500 but certainly not out of the playoff contention yet:

    Packers (DJ Dunn6) 4-5
    Falcons (gutcheck64) 4-6

Note: My prediction is Packers take the first wild card spot.

One more loss and likely out of playoff contention.

    Cardinals (ferocious) 4-6
    49rs (redlishus) 4-6
    Saints (Gohard1) 4-6

Note: My prediction is one of these 3 teams takes the last wild card spot.

    Officially out of playoff contention:

Well PMFL that wraps up the NFC playoff watch, as you can see the only safe teams here are the Rams, Bucs and Boys. There will be some exciting games down the stretch, so keep an eye out. Packers, Cardinals, 49rs and Saints….Surprise ME. After all is all in the hands of the Coaches and their respective teams. But like I said, it’s not over till the fat lady sings……
