SECOND to NONE​

Twelve individuals (coaches) come together who all come together that share a passion for college football, have the same ideals of “sim” football, and simply want to make one of the best leagues possible.

Focus is to create relationships sometimes these relationships might be stronger then some of our closest friends. It is more enjoyable to know one another on first name basis which will help foster rivalries year after year and most importantly, to genuinely know and get along with each member of this dynasty.

Expectations

Respect: All members are expected to respect one another. In the event of a disagreement, nothing should be mentioned outside of appropriate and mature private conversations. ​

Communication: Is key to the success of any online community. All members are expected to communicate appropriately and in a timely manner.​

Accountability: Is a must for any member. Stability is essential for the long-term success of our community. All members are expected to be accountable for our vision, our expectations, and our handbook, as well as their own actions and requirements.​

Handbook

The Basics:

I will be operating under full faith and confidence in all members. I see no reason to add to the in-depth TSO Rules and Regulations established forum-wide. In the event that there is a pressing reason to add to these rules, I reserve the right to do so.

All members must adhere to both the Forum Rules and the NCAA-Specific Gameplay Rules. Failure to do so will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Offense: TBA if needed

Defense:

1. One General Big Rule when playing defense: If you move a defender, UNLESS you make his man coverage a little bit better, then YOU BETTER USER CONTROL HIM. No moving multiple players into a new alignment!
2. GAME PLAN Features -------> Must mix these up, no leaving aggressive on the ENTIRE game
3. Pass Committ -------> To be used in reasonable passing situations
4. Run Committ -------> BANNED

General Threads and Weekly Summary Thread: There will be a Game Day weekly thread which members are REQUIRED to post their game summary! Outside of that post anything and everything that is related, content should range from: weekly polls, power polls, recruiting content, weekly reviews, game of the week, etc, etc...​

Advance Structure: Hard 48 User schedule, 24 hour CPU. In other terms ASAP!

Post a general kick off time in the weekly scheduling thread​

Extensions: Will be granted on a case-by-case basis. It is your duty to fulfill your advance requirements or request an extension in a timely manner.​

Offseason Advance Schedule

We will complete the offseason in one session as efficiently as possible, most likely happening on a Sunday night. In the event that you cannot participate, please provide your login information to a substitute or to another league member to fulfill your offseason duties.

Player Editing: Under no circumstances should a player’s name, height, or weight be modified. You are free to edit the appearance of your players.​

Position Changes: You may recruit players with any attributes; however, you may only change a players position if he fits the following requirements at the time of the change:​

QB: Throw Power 70; Throw Accuracy 70​

HB: No Restrictions​

FB: Weight 220; Speed 85​

WR: No Restrictions​

TE: Weight 220; Speed 85​

OL: No Restrictions​

DE: Weight 215; Speed 85​

DT: Weight 255; Speed 75​

LB: Weight 215; Speed 88​

DB: No Restrictions​

K/P: No Restrictions​

Cutting Players:

TBD: Under no circumstances may a user cut to below sixty-seven players.​
