Seminole Season Preview The Florida State Seminoles are back (or at least Coach RTP hopes they are). After a tough spring training session, The Noles have most of the tools in place to make a run at the ACC title, if not the National Championship. The team is lead by Senior leader and QB Steve Moore. BackUp Jason Scott is sure to see some time as well in hopes to prepare him for the future. Moore's receivers are tall, but still unproven as most have only seen time on the field only in relief roles. Another rising star on the offense is HB Adrian Phillips. Phillips is lightning quick and looks to take over where the other fine FSU HB's left off. Phillips will be running behind a strong front line that has some experience under their belts. On the defensive side of the ball, FSU has one of the strongest fronts in the country, lead by AA DT's Shawn Bridges and Adam Rose. The LB's are strong and fast and look to mop up anything the front 4 let go. The top 2 corners are top flight AA type players. The safeties are the only area of concern for Coach RTP. They are fairly young and need some game time to really be able to represent in the secondary like they need to. FSU gets right to work with a very tough schedule. After a road game against TAMU, the Noles welcome Wisconsin to Tally on week 2. Week 4 brings GT to town. FSU travels to Miami for a rivalry game against the Hurricanes and then to NC State to face the Wolfpack on week 10. FSU will end the season at reigning National Champion the Florida Gators that will be another big game in a rivalry between 2 teams that absolutely hate each other.
