    Not sure if I'll have a chance to fire up the ps3 tonight, but I'll give them a shot if I do.

    Holy shit, though, we're gonna need like 6 QB's on the roster to survive this.

    Using Option #1: #14 Clemson (CPU) @ ECU

    #14 Clemson - 24 ::: East Carolina - 10

    First Downs: Clem - 17 :: ECU 15
    Total Off: Clem - 458 YDs :: ECU 276 YDs
    3rd Down: Clem - 5 for 8 (62%) :: ECU 5 for 14 (35%) [Don't know how accurate this is]
    Turnovers: Clem - 4 (3 Fumbles, 1 INT) :: ECU 3 (3 INTs)

    Player Stats

    ECU

    QB R. Johnson: 19 for 37 for 229 YDs 1 TD 3 INTs (Sacked 4 Times) :: 9 Rushes 0 YDs (Includes Sacks. Had a long of 9)
    HB T. Hunt: 13 Atts 41 YDs 3.1 AVG (18 YAC, 2 BTKs)
    WR D. Webster: 7 for 100 YDs 1 Drop
    WR J. Hardy: 4 for 51 YDs 1 TD 2 Drops
    SS L. Ivey: Led team with 12 Tackles. 1 INT
    FS D. Magazu: 2nd on team with 7 Tackles

    Clemson

    QB T. Boyd: 15 for 20 for 216 YDs 1 TD 1 INT, 9 Rushes for 77 YDs 3 Broken Tackles 4 FUMBLES
    HB A. Ellington: 15 for 128 YDs 2 TDs 8.5 AVG 42 YAC 4 Broken Tackles 1 Fumble
    WR D. Hopkins: 4 for 46 YDs
    Clemson receivers combined for 1 Drop

    Comments:

    Started out feeling pretty robo, but it was against Clemson who runs the no huddle and has a scrambling QB. After I was able to figure out the defense it calmed down. Ellington seemed to be able to do whatever he wanted and 4 broken tackles seems low. Definitely can not hit stick anyone and gang tackling is prime. Boyd fumbled the ball 4 times and lost 3. I don't know if this is a certain game fluke but the fumbles were high for the CPU. May need a tweak in CPU running abilities, but I was in defensive formations to accommodate for the 4 WR sets and the no huddle hurt.

    I was in the game and had a chance to tie, but threw a pick. Clemson had the ball with 2 minutes to go and on 2nd and 3 ran a pass play which I picked off, setting me up with the opportunity. Then after they forced a turnover they threw the ball twice and scored with 24 seconds left. Bastards.

    Overall, not too bad. I want to try some other match ups, more level, more uneven matchups and see how it feels.

    TO - 1
    Penalties 3 - 35 3 - 20

    Remarks

    Not bad, the user tackling needs to be increased, as TTU had 6 BTK and TAMU had 0 with C. Micheal
    At times it felt really clean and crisp with everything happening properly, but there were also about 5 times where DBs where bailing on a run, It seemed like the Ball carrier was slow out of the hole and you would get sucked into the defense. but i did find serveral things that very positive. like how you must remain patient and have faith in your cpu blockers to make just enough of a chip on the guy coming down on you after you break the box. QB accuracy was good, i got beat on mostly screens. This was the first and only time i will use the TAMU playbook. Air Raid is just not for me.. Other than that it was pretty intense and i could feel the mo switchng back to TTU after taking a 17-7 lead. It was a good game for a rookie QB on the road in a rivalry game. I think these would be a quality base set that some one better than me could tweak to perfection.

    Remarks

    Game was in the rain - The game felt very good for a rain game.. still seems like the user rushing is held back by a 100# weight. and CPU rushing still takes several times to bring some one down. which isnt all too bad as i noticed a lot less hit sticking from myself. The game felt very much like the struggle the score shows.. i fumbled twice by showers on 2 really well put together drives. I really felt like TAMU was on tv most of the time.. several drives were just like blue balls in the sack. almost there but just not quite past the line.. Made some good catches, had real nice one from Nwachukwu to go up 14-7. it definately felt better. and i changed up the play book which i think helped. Also I noticed that I cant intercept a pass to save my life.. not sure whats up with that, its quite possible I suck.

    Game was pretty well done. Few complaints. Got down early 17-0 then came roaring back at half down 17 -10 then the ground game took over in the 3rd down 24-10 hit two big plays two big plays through the air and on the ground. Still have a few times where the Defense doesnt recognize whats going on but I dont know everyone's AWR.

    Will someone play a game against UCLA with option 1 sliders? I would like to see if my game was a blip on the radar or a terrible trend. I just used BC vs them and barely won 24-21. My problem was their playcalling. BC is a 3-4 like Tennessee is so I literally ran through almost every defensive call just to feel it out. Regardless of zone, man, blitz, etc, etc, they called screens. So many that I ended up with 15 sacks. All were either screens or QB scramble, which he did quite a few times. No sack came from the pocket.

    Their Read option game from the pistol got nothing all game either. They ran it prolly 6-10 times for a total of maybe 0 yards. Couple that with the screens and I really don't think I can base any judgment off this game other than the CPU playcalling logic is terrible.

    If it was so bad how come I barely won by 3? I had a KO return TD and a 75 yd pass TD on Corner Strike. Had another 40-50 yard pass TD where I caught them in 0 coverage and won the battle on the outside. Their downfield passing kept them in the game. UCLA QB finished 21-27, 301 yds, 2td's. He added 19 carries for negative 97 yards and a TD with a long rush of 16. Ugh....
