Green Bay played Minnesota for the 2nd time in two weeks. The Packers knew the game was going to be a tough one but they didn't know how it would end up.

Two first quarter Mason Crosby fieldgoals was all that Green Bay could muster as the Vikings stepped up when needed. Blair Walsh would get the Vikings on the board in the second to pull the Vikes within 3. On the Packers next drive, Rodgers hits Finley for 41 and a 13-3 lead. The Vikings, not to be outdone, score on the their next series as Ponder finds Harvin from 13 yards out to narrow the gap back to 3 with under 1:29 to go in the half. Green Bay has excelled all year in the 2 minute drill and today was the same. They go the length of the field and Greg Jennings hauls in a 23 yard Rodgers pass with 30 ticks left on the clock, 20-10.

The second half, Green Bay forced the Vikings to punt on their first possession. Rodgers quickly finds Jennings once again and he takes it 69 yards for the score, 27-10. Vikings strike right back as AP takes a screen pass and does the rest as he goes 72 yards for the score to get back within 10. Green Bay had nothing doing on their next series and punts the ball away. Percy Harvin returns it to the GB 3 and the next play Ponder passes back to Harvin and a 3 yard score, 24-27. Green Bay answers as Benjarvus Green-Ellis breaks a few tackles up the middle and races in from 51 to put Green Bay back up by 10.

Enter the fourth quarter and the Vikings defenses rises. Forcing punts from Green Bay's offense the entire quarter. Midway through the fourth, Rose who was playing for the injured Ponder, finds Harvin from 13 for the score and pulls the Vikings within 3. Green Bay was forced to punt back to Minnesota with less than 3 minutes to go. Third down play after fourth down play, the Vikings wouldn't quit. Minnesota, trailing by 3 was at the Green Bay 9 yard line. The had 2 timeouts so they had plenty of opportunities to get the ball in the endzone for the win. Green Bay knew what was coming. They seen this situation all game and were sensing a hitch pattern. Sam Shields read the play and picked the ball off and returned it 98 yards as time expired to save the game for Green Bay, 41-31.
