Should I save my OD file?

I heard that in last year's game it is bad to save the OD file. By this I mean when you're entering the OD and it's downloading the OD file and then asks if you want to save it so you don't have to download it again. Since I'm in 3 ODs now, I started saving these files about 6 weeks ago.

There are problems in '10 ODs where sometimes someone's game that they played will get thrown away and simmed instead. This can result in user teams losing a game due to a sim that they really won. See here for an OS thread on this by Hellisan.

Someone in that thread wrote this:
Have we had any issues with played games getting thrown out? Do you think it's bad to save the OD file? I've found it to be quite convenient to save them and would like to continue. Do you guys save them or not?

This was an issue in 09 but I haven't seen or heard of any issues...I've been saving all of mine but I guess it's not necessary.

I save mine. I've heard of this issue, but I don't think we've ever had a problem with it. Knock on wood.
