    I was on another forum that runs XenForo, and they had a collapsable sidebar that listed the forums. Thought it was a pretty neat feature that could make navigating between leagues a little quicker and easier.

    They have as many, if not more. It's bigsoccer.com if you want to check it out. They use a lot of expandable menus to keep it clean.
