    Not trying to be dickish, but is that listed somewhere? I agree 24 hours is enough time to normally get stuff done, I just had something come up after work and I wasn't sure if I had time or not.

    Strikes arent assessed in the offseason or ST sim, so its really not a big deal. To answer your question though, yes its listed in the rules thread that can be found here. You should probably give it a re-read.

    Wow the Fernandez loss in Philly being a career ender is huge! And Jack Hale two of the big offseason acquisitions go down. Rodriguez injury for me is okay, I have a lot of depth in the bullpen and at the starting pitching position. I can certainly hold it down without Francisco. He might come back at a great time to get hot in time for the deadline.
