I know you will. Gotta be somebody, and dub got beat by #2. Someone will replace you soon. Hell, if I drop my week 4 against GT, it'll be me.

Update: Moved OnIowa to #2 spot after the big win in the Bayou (almost went to #1 'cuz it was on the road) and moved OM to #11

Should have another update tomorrow after I get thumped by GTech.

Luck O' the Irish my ass.

I think OnIowa should be ahead of me.

I think TD should be first. He was unranked or ranked very low and beat the #5 team in the country.

Here's how I saw it - Bama was not only ranked #1, but is loaded. Ratings-wise, the biggest gap is probably PSU - Bama, though Iowa - LSU is a huge ratings gap as well. GT and I were rated pretty close. I had an edge, but player for player, we were much closer than Bama and PSU, or Iowa and LSU. You could make a case that Iowa should be first, but I don't think there's a case for Tech.

Frankly these ratings don't mean crap until the end of the season so make the switch. I am waiting to take out the "anointed one" in a BCS game.

Debate it all you guys want. That's what it's here for. But I am the BCS when it comes to my list.

Well Arch I'm not sure you really want to call yourself something like the BCS but it will get all sorted out by the end of the season I am sure of that.

I am middle of the pack at-best- I got a couple of breaks and barely won vs ND, but if we played that game 10 times I bet I would lose 7 of them.

Too humble. It was a good win. Go ahead and claim it.

I'll claim it! But I wont say it was routine! I was sweating that game until the final down.

The crazy thing is ... that aside from the fumble, Arch' played a near-perfect offensive game.

Yep- it was all TDs out of him except for the FG on the opening drive and the fumble in the 2nd half.

Still, there were big goofs on my part. I gave up big plays just before the half, including a big pass play I should have been there to break up, and I stuttered on that slant route for the TD. I saw it, knew he was open, and just couldn't get there. Then, with about 2 minutes left (plenty of time to get a FG or better) and GT lookin at a third and long, I give up a option run by the qb when I had the play in front of me and ran out of the way to take the pitch man. I used all my timeouts to get myself in exactly that situation, and I whiff. Tom gets the 1st down, and I had no way to stop the clock. Ball game. It was a game of little mistakes rather than big ones, but it was far from perfect.

Shouldn't the User ladder just be for games that were user vs user that were played? Easy and I never got connected and took a sim which OSU somehow won. That should not count in the ladder standings.

I think over time it will balance out. I want us to potentially face a penalty for not being able to play, so I'm keeping sims in the numbers, just for that little extra incentive to show up and get it in.
