Having games simmed has become too much of an accepted practice lately; particularly at the end of a season. REMINDER: This league is NOT a "coaching" league. What I mean by that is we do not simulate our games and let the CPU decide outcome. The ONLY time we even consider allowing games to be simulated is if both owners made an effort to schedule their game IN THE FORUM and their schedules did not coincide OR if the game result would only affect the draft order. Otherwise, EVERY GAME SHOULD BE SCHEDULED IN THE FORUM AND EVERY GAME SHOULD BE PLAYED.

JIM AND I HAVE MUCH MORE PRODUCTIVE THINGS TO DO WITH OUR TIME. Your opponents shouldn't need to chase you down. Please, don't become that guy. We shouldn't need to ask around to find out where owners are and if they're going to get their game in. It's a lack of respect for us, and more importantly, it's a disrespect to the other owners in the league.

With that said, we are going to initiate a thread to keep track of illegitimate game simulations. Any time a game is simulated because an owner or both owners did not put forth an effort to schedule in the forum, the owner's name(s) will be placed on the list. All violators will be given THREE STRIKES. Once a third strike is recorded, the owner will be removed from the league. I'm sorry that it has come to this, but we really don't know what else to do (besides remove owners without notice).

I would think at some point in time a text to Doug or Jim to inform them would suffice.
This has been going on for some time. As bad as my record is, I'm still excited to play my games. Not sure what the hold up is with some of you...

Even in the midst of my collapse to possibly miss the playoffs, I'm still fired up to play each week. Hopefully everyone else shares the same thoughts.

You'd be removed from the league indefinitely if you had the flu. In all seriousness, though, if it is communicated to us and your opponent - which you had done - then there is no issue whatsoever.
