I would like everyone to report data and comments on games they have played. It would be nice if you try all american and hiesman and report back stats, scores, and comments on what you did and did not like. This will help shape our sliders and decide what difficulty we play on. The more data the better and I would like to hear from EVERYONE so we can find a good medium.

I want the CPU to be able to get some wins this year so every little bit helps to finding a good set. So just keep the data coming as we get closer to a good roster set!

I've done some ranked matches, for what it's worth, and All American plays pretty well. Don't have any Heisman games to compare it to yet, though.

I have always found tweaking sliders on AA is better than Heisman in general to avoid the dreaded "CPU cannot be stopped or Madden is giving you a giant Fuck You" game.

I am 0-1 so far in this game

    Boise State 27 Utah 10

    Difficulty - AA

Defensively I played ok but offensively I struggled. I'm sure I will get better as this was my first game and I'm a bit rusty from month off.

The offensive side of the ball is definitely a little more tricky this year (which I like). So we need to get better quickly so we can figure out if we are just bad or the CPU defense has improved (mainly in the passing game).

Default AA are giving me a hard time. I really cannot do anything on offense.

I feel a little better about myself after seeing this post, as well as post by @FacePlantCity

Not used to losing to CPU, even with a slightly less talented team.

I played Perry in the tourney and only scored 10. I threw 3 ints in the game so the passing has me pretty confused at the moment. I guess it is just going to take some time.

Agree with you guys. I played the computer as Toledo against BGSUcks. I only put up 200 yards on 40 plays on AA without the sliders adjusted. The DBs cover a ton of ground now.

I am going to try and play some full games here soon. Yesterday I played a co-op dynasty all day with a friend, but we only played defense and went 5-7 with Tulane moved into the big ten. This was on Heisman default. The CPU run game was not that good but they still moved the ball well, especially the better teams. One thing I noticed and really liked was that the CPU Will no longer sit in the pocket forever, if the WRs are covered they will take off alot more and run. Are you guys noticing this on AA?

This is happening on AA also. The CPU running game is not bad either on AA. I played against LSU as Oregon and Ford went for over 100 yards on 23 carries. That really didn't happen much in '11.

I need to try a couple games on Heisman... that seemed a lot easier for me on the demo... lol.

I played a user game yesterday for the tourney and put up 24 and the other dude put up 13. He was Miami and I was Cal. I really don't have an issue with the sliders currently, but I really need to play more games to be sure.

I am starting to get used to the CPU defense, which means throwing safer throws which ='s realism.

Just played 5 min. Quarters vs MSU with Michigan and won 7-3. Haha.

I've played a couple more games, and usually their offense does nothing, but I end up giving up quite a few picks / fumbles and they end up scoring off of that.

Perhaps increase the CPU RB ability/QB ACC, but decrease the INT rating so people still won't be open but they won't catch everything? Drop the user INT a little bit as well, since I end up with a lot of picks too?

Neither team could really get things going on offense. Both running games struggled. I saw more passes hit the ground in this game than any other game. The turnovers killed Cal. One was a pick 6. If not for the turnovers, Cal could have pulled the upset.

Played one on Heisman. LSU v Miami.

    LSU

Comp/Att/Yds - 6/15/63 (Also 3 Drops recorded, 1-2 that weren't recorded, and 1 off of the face mask)
Rushes/Yds - 16/133 (Had 1 big run of 63, this is just the stats for my RB)
Sacks - 6 (I don't think I ever had more than 4 seconds to throw it, even against a 3 man rush. I had one receiver make a catch for more than 10 yards)
    Turnovers - 1 fumble

    Miami

    Comp/Att/Yds - 14/17/119
    Rushes/Yds - 12/105
    QB R/Yds - 5/44
    Turnovers - 0

There wasn't much that could be done. I made one stop... the back was able to get a consistent 3+ per run. I had 0 TFL. If I blitzed or ran man, someone was always open. If I ran zone with no blitzers, the QB would scramble.

Offensively, it was impossible to get drives going because there was 0 time to pass the ball, and if it did get to the receiver, they'd drop it. Running the ball was okay, but every time it was 3rd and short their entire line would go free.

Either I got unlucky with this one, or I'm just terrible this year. I'm hoping it's the first one. ;)
