Sonos System Troubleshooting

    Anyone else have one of these? Streaming works great but for some reason when i try to play from my music directory on my computer (which is on) it lags. The song timer continues to increase and the audio comes back after 30 seconds.

    Am not really downloading anything. I am running a netgear router WGR614V9 and i have the router off the floor and is about 10 feet from the sonos speaker. No cordless phones in the house.

    Anyone else have this issue?

    You ever get this resolved?

    Curious why you had given the router model and room dynamics. Perhaps when you mention streaming works and only an issue when pulling content from your library, this is why. When streaming are you still pulling your content over the router or does Sonos stream directly to the device? Has the Sonos ever successfully pulled from the library? Now, assuming your using a Windows library, curious if you have reviewed that device while running to see if it's healthy during the transfer.
