At school my internet is 30/3 and I'm not even close to being able to stream watchable video via twich.
Found out a little more info, apparently the live streaming/broadcasting will be done through Ustream. http://www.forbes.com/sites/johngau...nd-how-live-streaming-is-changing-everything/ Their minimum system requirements seem to be 0.3 Mbps, which most online gamers likely have, although of course that would be a low quality stream. Seems as if Ustream can be adjusted to account for the lower upload speed, likely sacrificing video quality for faster streaming. https://ustream.zendesk.com/entries/21108456-Recommended-Broadcast-Settings-in-Producer Granted this does not mean everybody playing Madden on the internet will be able to easily stream quality live games from the PS4 but it does some like it may be an instant viable option for a substantial number of online gamers.
