The Steelers start off the year 3-2 which is not bad for them considering their rather poor performance the last two years. In week 1 they lost to the pats a game where coach Krobot thinks they should have won. Krobot said after the game "I believe that it came down to two big plays that cost them the game."

In week 2 the Steelers picked up their 1st win of the season over the Bills. The Steelers D would be strong in this game. They would stand tall and hold the Bills to 28 net yards rushing by far their best performance of the season.

In week 3 they Steelers would get a new QB in town and his name was Dyjuan Dozier. He would not have a huge game but he would do the job for Pittsburgh going 8/16 for 146 yard and tds. This game was won with old fashion Steeler football. RB Preston Banks would run for 143 and 1 td. This win for the Steelers was their 3rd win in a row over the Bengals.

In week 4 the Steelers would pick up loss number 2 on the season. The run game would struggle in this game which would lead to many problems for the Steelers in this game. There is not much to say about this game but we just need to keep improving are run game.

In week 5 the Steelers would get the bad taste out of their mouth from their week 4 loss. Doizer would explode for 253 yards on only 16 attempts. The one thing the Steelers would like to improve upon after this game was turning their FG into TDs. The kicker Connor Ford would go 6 for 6 in this game. Who said kickers are not important. The Steelers look forward to their next game vs the Cowboys.
