SWANSEA TOPS THE GROUP OF DEATH
    [IMG]
Swansea City has finished its group qualifying matches for the TFS Coppa with 2 wins and 1 tie and has finished first in the Group of Death. Fans are wondering why the club is not showing its Coppa form in the league but will take what they can get this early in the season.
Swansea's first result was a comprehensive win 3-0 over Hannover.
Second came a snoozer 1-1 against possible qualifier Atalanta.
The third game was a thrilling 2-1 win against quality side St. Etienne after lady luck guarded the goal.
Hannovers win over 2nd place Atalanta secures top of the group honors for Swansea

SWANSEA SET TO PLAY FRENCH POWERHOUSE MARSEILLE IN THE COPPA ROUND OF 16
    [IMG]
The round of 16 has been set and Swansea has a date with French side Marseille, who currently sit 9th in SerieB. Which Swansea side will show up will be the question that needs answering. Will it be the Swansea who is yet to lose in the Coppa or the side that is sitting near the bottom of the Serie A table??
    Stay tuned

SWANSEA TOTALLY SWARMED BY WEST HAM, EMBARRASING EFFORT
    [IMG]
West Ham Visited last name and totally dominated the woeful Swans right off the bat. The Hammers front line passed the ball around quickly and forced the Swansea defense to chase and it cost them. Alternatively the Swansea forwards looked confused and a few steps slow against a strong West Ham defense.
Things better change quickly otherwise Swansea will again be tinkering with relegation and be forced out of the Cups.

SWANSEA INTO THE SEMIFINALS, STARK CONTRAST TO LEAGUE PERFORMANCE
    [IMG]
The Swans have swooped into the Semifinals with two impressive performances against two strong French sides, without conceding a goal. The Welsh club's form in the league has been horrible but for some reason their coppa form has been top notch. It seems every game the formation is tinkered with and still the manager is not feeling comfortable sticking with just one.
Fans are hoping this form holds as Swansea will meet juggernaut Gremio for a place in the Final. Gremio blasted the Swans in week 11, 4-1.
