It seems anyone declaring for the draft is pretty easily swayed back. We need some type of restriction, whether its no juniors or if we set a overall rating restriction, regardless of class.

I'm unclear what this question means. Since it says "JRs only" instead of "only JRs" are you asking if JRs should only be unswayable if they're going to the draft, but can be swayed if transferring? If so, JRs don't transfer so the point is moot. Or does it mean only JRs going to the draft are unswayable, but SOs going to the draft can be swayed?

Personally, I think that anyone trying to transfer can be swayed (mainly because it's very difficult to get them to actually stay) and that anyone, of any class (SO(RS), JR, JR(RS)) declaring for the draft that is 90+ OVR should not be swayable.

I meant to say if a Junior is declaring for the draft, should that make him ineligible to be swayed back. Or should be make Juniors of any rating, draft or not, we ineligible for return unless they are transferring schools.

What's the difference between the red and yellow sections? Is the red section missing an OVR rating?

I like the idea of 90 OVR or 3rd round pick or better not being able to be swayed back. That would go for Junior or Seniors.

Yeah, that's what I meant. Sophomores and Juniors.

The Sophomores would have to be RS. You aren't eligible for the draft until you've been out of high school 3 years.

This is what I am thinking now:

Sophomore (RS) may be swayed if they are transferring but not if they are declaring.

All Juniors cannot be swayed unless they are transferring.

This will help the CPU stay more on our level (if possible). Also remember they players may not show up in leaving much like Leverett did not in mine even after a great year.

Ok, so to make that a little simpler to understand.

We are not allowed to sway anyone back attempting to go pro.
But we can attempt to sway anyone back that wants to transfer.

Sounds good. It will definitely weaken our teams a bit. It will make me sad to see guys go, but it's completely fair.

Is this thing going by vote or what's the deal?
