Currently we are not allowed to sway players back if they have an OVR of 95 or higher.

I'm 'All In' on this one. Its just 'realistic' to me. Heisman trophy winners and/or first round picks are returning frequently over the past few years. Plus these are our recruits now!

I voted yes because if they really wanna leave they will. *I am about to snitch on myself, don't hold it against me* Ok, I hope some of you know that if you try to sway a player and they say they are going pro...you can reset your ps3 and try again as long as you dont backout to the main dynasty lobby/area. I tried to get Morgan to stay like 8times, lol. I also tried to get McGee to stay 5x they both still went Pro. Some will go if they have their mind made up, no matter what.

FYI - I voted no, but I did so before I saw the "no outside votes" thing.

    Didn't mean to intrude.

@Bits: Big Girls Need Love Too!! LMAO!!

@tubb: I think that is the most 'remixed' movie scene of all time. Too bad I can't actually play that video in Germany because it says 'Hitler' on it

Now another proposed idea, something that will make something like this work without creating dominating user teams left and right, would be a reduced 5 star recruit limit. Meaning instead of the cap being set at 5 it would be set at 3. Why 3? It'll make recruiting classes more 'realistic'. It keeps talent as balanced as it could be. Some seasons their may be only 20 five star recruits and if our Big 3 get 5 apiece that leaves 5 for the rest of the nation. Now if they could only grab 9 out of 20 that would still leave 11 recruits out their for other coaches. With a rule in place saying we could sway any player back it really won't effect coaches too much because they could still have their talent 'supplied' with proven players.

Thoughts on this? Please quote this post so its not confused with the 'Sway players back' vote. Sorry Max, didn't want to conversations start in two different places:)

We don't sway anyone. Keeps the stat-whoring down. If you know you can't sway, you run a more balanced attack, because you get fewer transfers, and fewer guys leaving for the league - and the rest of the league doesn't have to see you run LaMichael James for 2000 yards and 30 touches three years in a row.

    That's the purpose, at least.

Understandable. I think the feeling here is that the sliders are so f-ing hard that we need all the skill we can get.

i voted no but i really dont care either way
voted no because if a guy is that highly rated he's probably gonna head to the NFL
plus i like the factor of having to find replacements and what not

i also like the recruiting limit idea. makes those few 5 star players that you signed more special and keeps the teams relatively level.

I vote yes, just because you try to sway doesnt mean he'll stay especially when there that good, so its risk reward on wasting your week 1 minutes

well if Andrew Luck is staying, anybody should be able to be swayed. 1st pick overall and he wants to get his degree. Good for him!
