    T1 NCAA 2010 all-time team

I'd like to come up with a position by position listing of the best players in this NCAA 10 in Tradition 1.

I think my WR Shawn Lee would be my number one bet but Georgia would likel have a couple of players on the list. Lee is the running favorite to get his second Heisman. But even if he doesn't, he is definitely in the running to be one of the best players of all time. He is now the #1 all-time leader in receiving yards in NCAA history and has a few games left to pad that lead.

For his career he has 240 rec, 6,197 yards, 77 touchdowns. He has averaged 8.9 yards after the catch for his career; the only players that ever come close to that are halfbacks.

Anyway I'm wondering if you guys are interested in coming up with a T1 all-time team.

I think it should include all.

Jordan luallen, orwin smith, Cooper Taylor are my guys I'd put up from GT.

Do we have any statistical info to support arguements for guys though?

that's something that those of us that have end of the season saves would have to do... I wish more people would save those but it would take an extra day to ensure everybody did it. As it stands, I don't have the end of season files for 2011 or 2014 though.

I agree it should be all players... I guess. (n)

I mean I woulda did that but I really didn't get the idea of doing so. I'm sure JMS might have most of the saves.

Leon Jenkins the best defensive end to ever play in Tradition.

Bryce Brown most likely still holds all NCAA rushing records.

Xavier Stephens one of the best qbs.

For the life of me I cant remember the WRs name that was such a force for us.

I have penciled Brown, Jenkins, and Carlton in for you Bruce and I think there are probably others, but IMO you won titles becasue of rushing and defense so I haven't plugged in Stephens at QB. course we will probably vote lol.

I'd say Jugg had some players on defense: MLB Sean Spence or a DB, DE maybe

Kerr should be on there 'fasho. Cracked 2Gs in his Heisman season and had over 1500 yards after contact for his career. LE Patterson was also a four year starter and extremely productive

I'd be up for 2 QB, 3 HB, FB, 3 WR, 2 TE or something like that and Kerr would be included then for sure.

didnt you have a sick DT?

I remember Ryno having some sick MLB's but it seemed like they were all one-year wonders they'd have a great season then leave?

Ryno had a MLB named Minter that had a great SO season then assumedly left after his JR year, but I dont have that end of season file.

    Aaron Harrington Maybe for DE

That's it for my team. Ellis and Thomas for sure. Thomas owns the NCAA career record for rec, yds, and tds.

I like the inferred idea of a 1st team and 2nd team fosh.

let's go with the same format as All Americans in the game.

    QB
    HB
    HB
(FB) - (One of the 2nd team halfbacks)
    WR
    WR
    TE

    DE
    DE
    DT
    DT
    MLB
    OLB
    OLB
    CB
    CB
    FS
    SS

    RET

Let's not even fuck with the OL it was way too hard to tell wtf was going on there. And obviously, other than an extremely weak leg, kickers/punters didn't matter at all either.

    For the Canes:

    - DE from like years 2 and 3. I suck at names but I think it was Marcus Robinson? I know he swept the defensive awards 1 year.

    - HB Cooper and WR Johnson. They had short lived careers (both left after Jr seasons) but for the 1st few years, their stats were off the charts

There were probably others over the years, but consider I missed so much time, all their stats are skewed so I'll just nominate those 3

Helli you're right, how could I forget about the nasty boys. DT Adam Williams was a freak.

96 STR, 98 BSH, 95+ Pursuit and started the trend of freaky DTs with 85 SPD. Unheard of for a recruited DT before him. He was a monster.

Jayson Bailey has to be up there somewhere... 4 year starter at LSU and broke rushing yards and TD career records this season i believe.

    probably 2nd team.

I don't know if Kinger had any guys that would have qualified...

...only one I can think of was Dane Harrison, he was a freak at WR with elite speed and I never recall him dropping a pass.

If you give Geoff Ward two more seasons before we hang up the cleats he is going to place among the best RB's that this league has to offer.
