Yeah I do it from my phone too. I dont know how to do it any other way

Select the screenshot you want to save
Press the PS button to access your XMB.
Scroll over to "PHOTOS" and select "Save Screenshot"
The screen will return to the game with an X at the bottom right of the screen with "Save Screenshot"
Press X
The screenshot will be saved to your XMB in the photo section.
Exit the game, access your photos on your XMB.
Press TRIANGLE to copy the screenshot to your USB device.
Transfer your USB to your PC and UL to a photo sharing website like Photobucket,Flikr, etc
