    After an HOFL coach has played 3 consecutive seasons, a coach can change teams one time. Once a change is made the coach keeps that team for the duration of the year, until the next release. Exception would be if the conference that the team is in is dropped by the HOFL.

    Coaches now eligible to change teams;

    Auburn/Fred
    Northwestern/Mike
    Wisconsin/Tim
    Washington/Tug

    Coaches who desire to change teams in season 4 should post prior to the end of the season to allow for discussion as any change has an impact on all teams.

    Changes would take place after bowl games are played.

    Requested from Tim/Mike

    Wisconsin becomes Colorado in PAC 12

    Northwestern becomes Stanford in PAC 12

    Gives us 4 in SEC and 4 in PAC 12 now that Utah has joined, more user conference games which the Big Ten teams want....better for PAC 12 as well.

    So some thoughts;

    1. We leave Big Ten in place, plug in some non conference games between the 8 of us with the top ranked teams....so if a new coach wants a Big Ten team, they have got some in place

    2. Drop the Big Ten....allow for 6 teams each in PAC 12 AND SEC

    Other options?

    Comments plz!

    With the addition of Oregon today....

    SEC: Auburn, UGA, Flordia, LSU

    PAC 12: UW, Oregon, Utah

    Wisconsin/NW.....can move to PAC 12, we drop the Big Ten

    Expand SEC and PAC 12 to 6 teams each....

    Or Wisconsin/NW stay in Big Ten....its their choice

    6 teams in each conference allows for built in user conference games....and with byes..easier to schedule between 2 conferences that 3..

    Does having just 2 conferences...limit new guys coming in....seems the SEC has been easy to fill, but we've had turnover there...

    Thoughts?

    Well, I posted in our conversation that I thought dropping a conference would be a good thing. With 2 new Pac 12 users, dropping the Big 10 seems like the right decision to me. It would help with scheduling and make the conferences more competitive. I also think new users would be more interested in joining a conference with 4-5 users instead of a conference 1-2 users.

    Also, if I were to take Colorado, then that would be 2 in each Pac 12 division, so Shnoogans10 could take whoever he wants in either division or go with the SEC if he preferred.

    I like the 2 conference idea, we may have to delay advances from time to time since it will be more user games, but in my short experience here it seems that guys are pretty flexible... so maybe not, i like the 2 conferences!

    With the addition of USC:

    PAC 12: North-UW, Oregon. South-USC,Utah, Colorado (Tim/Wisc')

    SEC: West- Auburn, LSU. East-Florida, UGA

    From this point forward we need to maintain 3 per division....

    So Mike/NW....can go to any division, but PAC 12 South..

    Alright, since we're officially dropping the Big 10, I guess it's Colorado for me.
