    Team Creation Rules

Lets get some final rules ironed out for creating teams. We should have some discussion on the below rules and we can make changes as the group sees fit. Let me know what you guys think

    Prestige
Your school must be :3stars: or below.

    Program Info
We all have 11 differnt topics to push on our recruits.
I want to make this easy for everyone to understand and utlize when you create your team, so here is what I am thinking:

    1 - A+
    1 - A
    1 - B+
    2 - B
    2 - C+
    2 - C
    2 - D+

Looks about right to me. That's pretty much how it'd work for normal three star teams. Most have one or two REALLY good pitch ratings and the rest are average to mediocre.

Works for me as well...I am going to go ahead and make my team a 2 star.

I really like the set up that the offl teambuilder used:

ALL CREDIT GOES TO MALLARD MUSCLE

Basically, your team design will consist of 3 thing - your prestige, your pitches, and your roster. The system we'll be using makes you balance the three out - your school won't be great on all three fronts.

If you choose to take a Top Tier choice in any category, you'll then have to choose a Bottom Tier choice in one other.

    Prestige

    Top Tier - 3 stars
    Middle Tier - 2 stars
    Bottom Tier - 1 star

Pitches - you can allocate the grades to any pitch

    Top Tier - 4-A categories, 2-B categories, 3-C categories, 2-D categories
    Middle Tier - 2-A categories, 4-B categories, 4-C categories, 1-D category
    Bottom Tier - 2-A categories, 3-B categories, 5-C categories, 1-D category

Rosters - all rosters should be non-BCS templates

Top Tier - C+ rating maximum
Middle Tier - C- rating maximum
Bottom Tier - D+ rating maximum

Sample Team #1: 1-star prestige, middle tier pitches, C+ team roster

Sample Team #2: 2-star prestige, middle tier pitches, C- team roster

For a 3-star, I would think it would look more like this:

    1 - A+
    1 - A
    1 - B+
    2 - B
    2 - C+
    2 - C
    2 - D+

    Just my $.02.
