I think people are going to have to realize they are going to lose, especially after sliders. Not picking on you in particular, I don't care who you (thought I HATE custom conferences) are.

Don't get me wrong, I don't care if I lose. I just would like to have a team that could run a semblance of a pro style offense. Miss St is set as a spread team, they have only 2 TE's and 1 FB who are all just awful. The strength of the team is the WR's but the QB's can't throw. The team appears to be built to have the QB be the main running threat, but that would seem cheesy as hell.

I guess I'm saying that running a spread option or a flex option team has no appeal for me, which is what I'd likely need to run to be successful with Miss St. If I need to stick with them I suppose I will though.

Ignore my earlier post, I'll stick with Miss St.

Apparently I'm not good at this years game with any team, as I've gone like 0-6 on the day with 3 different teams. I just have a LOT of work to do apparently.

Passing in this years game is a bit ridiculous, man defense is like throwing against Deion Sanders on every play, wr's just don't seem to be able to get open. Anyone else having similar issues?

Yeah i have been having issues passing...Seems the corners block your WR route everytime. The only succes i have ben having is throwing to the slot...

I haven't had much trouble passing, but my sample size is small. I think coverage recognition is going to be even more critical this year. Default AA is pretty easy though, I beat Cincy with Duke handily last night.

I'm 0-4. My 1st 3 games I lost to user from TF & my last game I lost to my cousin(which shouldn't have happen, cause he sucks lol).

I need to get used to the locomotion. I so used to guy turning @ the drop of a dime & losing no momentum.

    Who were you playing as?

I opened a dynasty with Texas A&M and played through the first 4 weeks on default AA sliders. I beat Ball State, La Tech and FIU easily, but that is to be expected. La Tech and FIU both put up 14 points on me while I scored 35 and 28 respectively.

Passing the ball hasn't been THAT difficult. However, I have a good WR corps who gets open and breaks tackles. I haven't necessarily been lighting it up through the air though. IMO, running the ball is a bit easy on default AA. The holes open up and the HB jukes are a bit over effective. I still haven't busted a huge run, but I do think I averaged 100 yards a game.

I am definitely not getting the amount of plays in that I should in a game. I will continue to experiment with the game clock. I'm thinking we will have to bump it up, which really concerns me with this group. Some of you guys are homerun hitters...

I havent played on AA yet... i really dont like to against the CPU.... on Heisman, passing isnt easy but it isnt impossible either, it really comes down to timing... and alot depends on the defense you are playing against.... the better the corner the harder it is to throw against him.... not to mention, my Kansas State receivers get absolutely zero seperation and run terrible routes, but it is what it is at this point.... i will adjust...

honestly it all comes down to if your comfortable with your offense and realize you have to fit your playbook to your personnel.... a square peg wont fit in a round hole.....
