Big game vs. the Ohio St. this weekend, would a loss kill your BCS title hopes?

A lot of people are saying the loss to UK was one of the bigger upsets in college football, what went wrong?

What has the focus been geared toward in order to beat Ohio St.?

Is there a player on your team that needs to step up that has been subpar thus far?

Yes we cant lose or this season is a washout.

We had our chances, two late fumbles and some really lousy QB play by Garrett killed us. You cant have your offense giving up the same number of points your defense does and hope to win.

We would like to control the ball if possible not be down early and avoid turning the ball over.

Our QB play has been horrid. This week he will have a short leash, we made it clear we wont suffer through another game like the UK game.

Another Big XII title game, what's new, how was the road to the title game this year?

Missouri is beyond hot right now, what will it take to tame the Tigers?

MVP's for offense , and defense?

Tell America why Texas should leap frog OSU or Boise to play for the national title if you win the Big XII?

Whopps! Better late then never i suppose.

Another Big XII title game, what's new, how was the road to the title game this year?

Bumpy early on as we adjusted to the new system (literaly), once we found some footing on O we took off, and our QB started playing better.

Missouri is beyond hot right now, what will it take to tame the Tigers?

Three picks and two fumbles and we turned it over less then them!! ;)

MVP's for offense , and defense?

Suprise on O, But Mr. Gilbert came back and had a great season.

DE Okafor and MLB Norton share the honor on D.

Tell America why Texas should leap frog OSU or Boise to play for the national title if you win the Big XII?

We shouldnt we lost to OSU in a heartbreaker late...and Boise is unbeaten.

Look out for us next year however as we have a plan now and have brought in some play makers that should make a huge difference.

Does this team have all the pieces to win a national title?

While a lot of schools schedule down in the early stages of the season, what does Texas gain from playing a top five team like LSU?

How do you plan to contain Jefferson and the dual threat ability he brings to the field?

is the loser finished in regards to BCS championship berth?

Last week you took down LSu, this week the challenge is greater when you match up against the defending national champs,, id your team ready mentally and physically?

The running game played a major factor in the win last week, is the plan run oriented this week?

Have the players bought in to the "This is our year" mantra?

You went 1-1 against the SEC, are you happy with that or is this a major disappointment for the Longhorns?

Is Whaley going to be able to eb a 1,000 yard back this season?

On defense what is the major strength adn weakness?

Dissapointed big time. We feel like we played well enough to win both. Turnovers killed us as well as some spotty play from our Senior QB.

Maybe, he hasnt had a huge game yet and we are mixing in our young speed guy some as well.

Major str is the LBs, they have been great against the run and pass and have provided a boost in our blitz scheme as well. The Dline is really inconsistant against the run and pass. At times we get very nice pressure and stuff the run, other times the Dline gets pancaked right off the ball. The secondary while very fast is very young we start 3 freshman in the secondary. We have had some issues covering crossing routes and the middle of the field, I thought the speed would help there...it hasnt. We have been very inconsistant with our hands as well.

We had several chances to make Kentucky pay for bad throws and we didnt, flip side was we took advantage of those opps against UF.

Texas is 3-1 in user games this season by my account, how big was it to win those games?

Texas is flying under the radar, but your team is putting up a nice season, what's been the key?

Has your HB Whaley shown any growth or improvement from last season?

What lies ahead for the Longhorns?

Yes we went 3-1 but that just isnt good enough in our league. Its always better to win then lose in user games..but we havent exactally played great in those games. We played a good one against UF howver. We hope that some other teams get knocked off and if we can win in the Big 12 Championship game we can sneak into the BCS title game.

Just the fact that we can move the ball and stop anyone imo. When we struggle its because we give the ball up and dont take it back when we have chances, it has been very frustrating.

Whaley has been pretty good, he still doenst get it rolling huge and has yet to have a huge game this season. He is on his way to 1000 yards though now that Watkins quit getting the extra carries.

We have a few games left and a rivalry game coming up. Our recruiting season is pretty much done and our class should come in around 8 players heading into the offseason, by far our smallest and weakest class to date.

We then will have the Big 12 title game vs Nebraska most likely which will be a huge game.
