    2012 Nebraska Cornhusker Commits

    1 - :5stars: #3 HB David Burns - 5'11" 200 lbs - Annapolis, MD
Very quick and speedy back will good elusiveness and good all-around skills. Adds depth to an already deep backfield. Should be a starter in a couple years.

    2 - :5stars: #5 ATH Maurice Carlson - 6'5" 211 lbs - The Pinery, CO
Big 6'5" wide receiver with good speed and acceleration. Also a great route runner and has good hands. Might not see the field for a couple years with great depth at WR, but when he gets on the field he should be a playmaker.

    3 - :4stars:#5 CB Riley Oliver - 6'2" 186 lbs - Philadelphia, PA
Big CB who can run. Great all-around CB who can do it all. Should see the field very early and will be a starter and playmaker in a few years. Might be the best recruit for Nebraska this year.

    4 - :4stars:#3 QB Andrew Brown - 6'3" 193 lbs - Ferguson, MO
Great scrambler QB who should turn into a great passer in a couple years. Needs work on his accuracy right now. Might be the starter in a couple years if he improves his accuracy.

    5 - :4stars:#9 CB Kevin Stovall - 6'4" 178 lbs - Alliance, NE
Great size for a CB. Good speed for his size. Great in coverage, man or zone. Adds depth for now but in a couple years Stovall and Oliver should be a great combo at CB.

    6 - :4stars:#16 WR Eric Redd - 6'3" 215 lbs - Bixby, OK
Great size and speed combo. Needs work on his hands. Will need a couple years before he is ready. Adds depth to what is becoming a crowded WR group.

    7 - :4stars:#13 MLB Corey McFadden - 5'11" 241 lbs - Nautilus Park, CT
MLB was a need and McFadden might have to play early. Good speed and great acceleration. Great in pursuit. Not a great tackler and struggles in coverage. Should be a force at MLB in year or two.

    8 - :4stars:#5 SS Taylor Porter - 6'1" 203 lbs - Spanish Fork, UT
Great speed and acceleration. Is solid in coverage and is an average tackler. Might have to play some next year with little depth at Safety.

    9 - :4stars:#4 TE Brett Gonzalez - 6'4" 228 - Houghton, MI
Solid all-around TE who is not great at anything but can do everything well. Will have to play next year as there is no depth at Tight End. Also the son of legendary NFL tight end Tony Gonzalez.

    10 - :4stars:#6 SS Brandon Martin - 6'1" 194 lbs - Beavercreek, OH
Good speed and acceleration with decent size. Good tackler. Solid all-around saftey with no holes in his game. Should play some next year with little depth at Safety.

    11 - :4stars:#15 OLB Taylor Dunn - 6'2" 214 lbs - Sedalia, MO
Good size and speed and great acceleration. Good strength. Needs to work on his tackling. Might have to play some next year with all 3 starting linebackers graduating.
