It might make it harder, but one or two teams probably won't make that big of a difference. It would have to be a case by case basis.
Here are my top teams ... I just can't take a team in the ACC, something about beating up on Virginia Tech, I just can't do it. 1) Texas Tech 2) Colorado 3) Oklahoma State 4) Texas A&M

Because you thought the teams would be distributed equally? If that is the case, I can move, I am just kinda tired of playing in the SEC. If we need ACC teams, I can go that route. ACC (2) SEC (2) Big 12 (6)
Yeah I just thought that there would be more interest in the SEC and ACC. didn't know everyone wanted to be in the Big XII. If that is the case, then we can move to a two conference setup if it helps everyone be in a conference they want.

I would put Kansas State as my 3rd pick and slide BC to 4th. Not that this helps as it's still a Big 12 team.
Meh, the more and more I think about it, I'm starting to worry about some balancing issues with three conferences.... hmmm...
its going to be hard to make everyone happy as we want rebuilders, but everyone wants teams that wont have to take to long to rebuild... I say we just do mix it would be alot easier as you don't have people avoiding certain divisions...
How many people care about having a quick turnaround? I don't think it's as many as you think. Which is evident by everyone wanting a shitty Big XII team.
Colorado is the only real shitty team..baylor you have Texas to recruit in...texas Tech Okie State texas AM all have benifits for a quick turn...
So, what is the goal Drifter? Two people per division per conference? If so, random up a draft order and lets do it. It's not like there is a big difference in team talent.
I don't care if my team doesn't turn it around at all. We can be shitty for as long it takes me to put 2gether winning squad. Last season with Missouri I finally had a team that could compete(2 user wins, 1 close user lost & 1 user blowout)& we are basically on the last legs of NCAA 10, so Drifter you can the shittiest team in any conference to make it easier for you. Funny I only picked Kentucky cause I like their unis lol. I know nothing about the team at all lol.
Yeah that's what the general goal was. Everyone is making a big deal about recruiting in Texas like it's going to work the same as NCAA 10 (and if you remember, it took me a long time to nab the TOP talent even as the only school in Texas). I'm telling you, this year it will be different. I am going to tune the recruiting sliders and difficulty settings to a realistic level. Meaning that Oklahoma and Texas get 90% of the top talent in Texas. 5% of the top talent typically goes out of state. And the other 5% is typically split between Tech, A&M, TCU and Baylor.
thats why i took Wake Forest.... this time around after Virginia last year.... i dont care who i have i just dont want in the BIG XII.... not a fan of the conference, and battling for the Texas recruits with Texas, A&M, Oklahoma and Okie State isnt a big attraction to me....
Agreed. I don't care about: 1) Texas 2) Winning quickly (or ever really) I want a challenge (like Army in the E-League) and I prefer a team that has never really bee n good or was good in the very distance past (rebuilders). So, like I said, if you need me to not be Baylor, I can be Duke or Georgia Tech (cool jerseys), etc.
