As we reach Bowl Season of 2013 we take a look at the players who have the makings of a MVP.I am not putting anything for Ga Tech, Georgia and LSU because they just switched to their teams and the majority of their stats are CPU generated. If they would like a player from their old teams to be nominated please say so. Since Penn State also just joined I will not be adding any players, just to be fair since all stats are CPU generated.

    Name Position Team Stats Comments
AJ McCarron QB Alabama 188/344, 3,185 yards, 32 TDs, 15 INTs As Nesler says multiple times every single game, he is the most prolific quarterback in school history. Surpassing every previously held record.
Tajh Boyd QB Clemson 195/319, 3,070 yards, 21 TD Not quite as good as his predecessor but enough to give Clemson a good season. He was able to defeat Alabama early on.
Tom Richardson QB Florida 170/272, 3,052 yards, 29 TD This keep just keeps helping this team win. Some Heisman level losses knocked them from National Champ contentions but once again the Gators are in the SEC CC.
David Lucas QB Florida State 183/254, 3,103 yards, 24 TD The arm behind the Seminoles and the 4th QB on the list with over 3,000 passing yards. He has been the most accurate so far with only 8 INTs.
Storm Johnson HB Miami 116 Att, 1,034 yards, 13 TDs He leads the Canes in rushing yards but is closely followed by his teamates. The most profound stat was his 0 fumbles, this guy must have sticky hands.
Fitzgerald Toussaint HB Michigan 143 Att, 1,410 yards, 15 TDs The leader of the Wolverine offense through a season they have struggled in. He stepped up where their passing game couldn't.
Joe Boisture QB Michigan State 170/277, 3,194 yards, 24 TDs The fifth QB to make our list and beats out Lucas as most accurate with only 6 picks on the year. Coach JC has become a master at going through his reads and making good passes.
Ken Guiton QB Ohio State 152/240, 2,607 yards, 29 TDs The leader of the Bucks that has led them to being the #1 team in the country and earned a berth in the BCS National Championship game.

If you wish to have a different player nominated, let me know.

I gotta be honest, this is a pretty lackluster bunch. Not a whole lot of star power. I like McCarron, but those picks are terrible. I like Guiton, cause he wins, but he's not very special on paper. The most impressive one might actually be Boisture because he's probably done the most with the least this season.

Travis Estes... oh wait... shit... ;)

The CPU did better than I ever could have with him, and that is a fact. Love you guys (no homo), and Estes... I need to raise the amount that we're willing to pay you over in C2C at Oklahoma to play, damn!

I think Heisman had alo to do with some lackluster stats. I took Storm cuz he had more yardage.

I think it's a testament to the league that nobody has any crazy stats. I can't tell you guys how tired I get seeing other USERS with 2000+yds rushing and 40+ passing TD's. It just shows that you guys play SIM ball and don't abuse all the "money plays" in this year's game. It's very frustrating to see when guys have backs that run for 280yds on 30 carries when they win by 35. I'm not sure those are lackluster numbers, to me they are realistic.

If I would have made storm my feature back he would be well over 1,800. I have ran 3 backs this season due to injury. We have the #1 rushing offense with 3,028 yards rushing. If Thompson had not gotten injured he would be over 1,000 as well. He had 754 when he went down.

Should Miami offensive line be nominated if you ran for 3000 yards

Boisture has accomplished everything with a pretty average receiving core, a terrible offensive line, and without HB Nick Hill for 4 games. Boisture also missed 1 game due to injury.

Guiton is pretty pedestrian. Much of his success is predicated on the running game.

I'd like to nominate Jaamal Berry: 188 carries for 1403 yards (7.4 YPC) and 12 touchdowns. He only carried 50% of the rushing attempts for the Buckeyes. Easily the best back I've ever had, he torched teams so easily he got bored and let Roderick Smith smash some people. I have a feeling both he and Smith will leave this year, so I am going to be throwing a lot more next year. Luckily I have a senior quarterback to step in, or one of the two super freshman.

After this week Miami has had 5 different backs rush for over 100 yards or more this season. Thanks to injuries and a dominant Oline

Final Stats - Voting will be sent out in PMs

    Player Team Position Final Stats
AJ McCarron Alabama QB 154.5 QB Rating, 224/403, 3,790 yards, 37 TD, 21 INT, 291.5 ypg, 88 yds = long
Jaamal Berry Ohio State HB 201 Att, 1,488 yards, 14 TD, 7.4 ypc, 114.4 ypg, 100 long, 23 Broken Tackles, 2 Fumbles
Tahj Boyd Clemson QB 153.6 QB Rating, 242/402, 3,816 yards, 27 TD, 17 INT, 272.5 ypg, 73 yds = long
Tom Richardson Florida QB 182.2 QB Rating, 235/370, 4,027 yards, 39 TD, 14 INT, 287.6 ypg, 68 yds = long
David Lucas Florida State QB 199.5 QB Rating, 216/301, 3,669 yards, 28 TD, 8 INT, 282.2 ypg, 93 yds = long
Fitzgerald Toussaint Michigan HB 167 Att, 1,590 yards, 16 TD, 9.5 ypc, 122.3 ypg, 17 Broken Tackles, 2 Fumbles
Joe Boisture Michigan State HB 181.7 QB Rating, 201/331, 3,793 yards, 29 TD, 7 INT, 291.7 ypg, 79 yds = long
Storm Johnson Miami HB 124 Att, 1,145 yards, 15 TD, 9.2 ypc, 114.5 ypg, 20 Broken Tackles, 0 Fumbles

    Quick Breakdown:

Each player has a shot at winning this but these standout players will make the most splash. Richardson, Johnson, and Berry have stood out in my mind. Richardson lead the ever strong Gators to their 2nd consecutive SEC Championship and an easy victory in the Sugar Bowl. He led the nation in passing yardage this season. Berry lead his Bucks to an undefeated season and a National Championship, a great way to end his senior season and start his NFL Career. And then even though Storm Johnson is hurt there is no denying he helped lead his team to an undefeated regular season and an ACC Championship. His absence in the title game was noticeable. He lead the two headed rushing attack Miami had to offer.

The remaining players made a splash but things like McCarrons 21 INTs or losing big games, like Clemson losing the ACC or Michigan getting blown out in The Game will hinder their chances.
