Players leaving
A player will not be allowed to attempt to sway a player from the pro draft if he:

• is > 95 OVR

• is a JR that has won the Heisman
• is a JR or SO(RS) and has won a major award (Thorpe, Maxwell, Biletnikoff, etc) and is > 90 OVR

Kickers and punters can be swayed from pro draft regardless of OVR and class.

Scholarships

• # of scholarships available = 70 - [# of players on roster] + [# of Seniors]
• There is a maximum of THREE 5-star players allowed to be committed to each class

Note: Committed players count against your scholarship limit.

Custom Playbooks

Custom Playbooks are allowed , but must follow a specific scheme. Meaning a Pro Style playbook shouldn't have triple option formations. "Multiple" is not a valid scheme . Full playbooks (Formations) must be listed in the appropriate yearly "Team Schemes" Thread.

Playbooks can be denied by the commissioner if they are deemed to not fall within the rules above.

Recruiting Restrictions


No adding of Players that are ranked in the TOP 300 overall to your board after Week 3 unless they are already interested in your school (Green Dot)

Pass/Run Commit

Pass Commit is allowed at all times, Run Commit is only allowed in Goal Line situations.[/CENTER]
