check out super high me. Pretty funny.

Also if you're a doomsday predictor, or conspiracy theorist you should watch Collapse by Michael Rupert. Peak Oil man.

I just watched that tonight. Pretty interesting.

Check out The Vice Guide to Travel, especially the Pakistan and North Korea episodes.

    Few of my reccomendations

"Brick City" follows Newark Mayor Corey Booker and a few other community figures around Newark, Only 5 or 6 episodes but i got hooked after the first one.

"Freakonomics" basically explains different elements of society using economic principles, sounds boring but its really not.

"Survivors Series 1 & Survivors Series 2" A british show about a flu like disease that wipes out 99% of the world population and a group of survivors that are trying to get by.

"Dead Like Me Seasons 1-2" Comedy/Drama about a girl who dies and become a grim reaper.

"Food Inc" Explores the food industry and some of its dark secrets and the effects they are having on the environment.

"Dhani Tackles The Globe Seasons 1-2" Great show that follows bengals LB Dhani Jones as he goes around the world and tries out different sports.

    Thats it for now lol.

If you've never seen Arrested Development I highly recommend it. It's one of the funniest shows I've ever seen. I'm about halfway through season 2 and it has been fantastic thus far.

    Lie to Me
    Spartacus
    Weeds

added a few decent movies to the instant this go around: Prince of Persia, Karate Kid and maybe one or two more... usually not the best selection but theres 1 or 2 worth watching.

think the Godfathers are all on there too

The book is somewhat dated now and they wrote a follow up to it called SuperFreakonomics. Both are probably worth a read though.

The instant streaming for movies is very limited...very lol. The TV show options are OK and the horror movie selection(genre that is my favorite) isnt bad though.

I def like the Wire - just wish I didnt have to get it through mail. I know Netflix really wants to push the streaming and get rid of the DVD mailing but until they provide a better selection in the streaming category, people arent going to convert.

I really don't get that either. I'd gladly pay extra to have everything available via stream.

I've got over 100 movies in my instant que. As long as you're not super picky, you can find tons of stuff.

    some more:
    Restrepo
    Exit Through the Gift Shop
    A Prophet
The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo

and there's a ton of good older movies like Die Hard, Fear and Loathing, Best in Show etc. I just watched Lonesome Dove for the first time (meh)
