    Windy with slow conditions ?
Wow - This will be another tough one right after Augusta.

Windy is actually breezy when setup trough the CC tourneys. Add this to the other settings= I'm trying to keep the winning score under -40

Do you mean gusty equals breezy ?The setup itself is showing windy and not breezy.

I think you need to keep it on Tournament conditions. Slow conditions will result in really low scores. Throwing darts. Plus, the Players plays hard and fast in real life.

So did you accidentally put it on slow and not tournament?

Ok, gotcha. It will definitely make the course play longer though.

Just finished my 3rd Rd. and would like to share my worst finish of any round with you guys.

    Eagled 2nd on chip in
    Birdied 10, 11 and 16.

Came to #17 with a score of -5 for the round.

So I start thinking and said to myself - "Don't be to agressive and aim at middle of green".
Tee shot landed indeed in the middle of the green and I said to myself: "Well, the worst things of these rounds are done. Go for PAR on both remaining holes".

With this in mind - I left my 31 FT putt of about 8 FT short.
No biggie - nearly no break left.

But then I somehow pushed my 2nd Putt and it went 14 FT past the hole. (The swing plane looked so ugly like I never saw it before on a putt)-
The uphill return putt missed too - of course.

So I double bogeyed #17 even though I hit a GIR.

On #18 I was still thinking of my mistakes at #17 and hit the ball left into the water. With a 18 mph Headwind I couldn't reach the green from where they dropped the ball.

So I double bogeyed #18 as well and went +4 for the final 2 holes. (finishing the round with -1).

    It is so frustrating.

My first good round at TPC Sawgrass this year went down the drain in a heartbeat.

This game is so great but yet so frustrating.

I was -5 after 17 holes and hit two balls into water on 18th. Made a snowman and finished -1, oh well...

Those last two holes are brutal apparently. I was -4 going to the 17th and ended up bogeying it. Then, on 18, I hit a drive that drifted way to far left (more than I thought it should have based on previous holes) and landed in the water. I too was too far away to hit the green from where I was dropped and when all was said and done I double bogeyed the 18th to leave the round at -1 also.

You're losing your edge. It may be that you are playing to many baseball games this year instead of just golf. ;)

Shot -4 for the 1st round and it included a double bogey waterball at the 4th, and a waterball on the 17th but managed to save a bogey out of it.

That 4th hole bites my ass every time. So short, but so challenging. Tee shot lands just in the left rough, leaving me with only a 75 yd shot into a 20 mph headwind. But my guy decides to hit it only 58 yds, and it hits the front of the bulkhead and goes into the drink. Double Bogey.

On the 17th, I was -5 and again had a good 20 mph headwind. I tried to play it safe and went for the middle of the green and played it a good 30 yds longer than what was required but it still came up way short. Wind just ate it up. I guess I'll skip the ball across the lake next time. :p Anyways, I scrambled on 18 to save par and finish -4. Could've been better, but definitely could've been a lot worse. I'll take it.

There has been a glitch from last year, which has not been fixed afaik.when you setup a CC tournament, the winds actually play a level lower

I'm trying to recall what the "range" for breezy and windy are, I know this -- I did not have a single hole played with winds less then 14 MPH.....not once did I reach the par 4 18 in 2.....played a lot of water balls and pretty much hated every second of this tournament.

Played the weekend at -9, including a final round 66. Pretty happy with that score, in very tough conditions. Not sure if I couldve played much better, with exception of my 2nd round. The soft slow course, combined with windy conditions made it play longer than usual. Had to sink a lot of long putts in that final round.

I shot E and -3 the first two rounds. In my second round I made an eagle, birdie, par, bogey, double bogey and triple bogey. It was a very crazy round. Hopefully I can shoot a lot better on the weekend
