    Texas downs Oklahoma St

In an impressive display of passing and running the Longhorns out duel Oklahoma St. The first half of play was neck and neck until Colt McCoy gains the lead with a beautiful touchdown pass to give them the lead right before the half. In the second half it was more of a defensive struggle as both teams hardly saw the endzone.

Ole Miss played some good defense this game, but Texas played better, forcing 5 turnovers. Texas plays Baylor in Week 11.

    Texas charges into Baylor

The Texas Longhorns annihilated the Baylor Bears 48-27. The Bears did play well managing to pick 6 and take a missed field goal back. Texas' defense was on its game as it forced 8 turnovers, 6 different people had interceptions. A fumble recovery taken back for a touchdown was done by one of the defensive lineman, quite a stellar performance.

    Notable Players:

    C. McCoy 15/36, 294 yds, 4 TD

    C. Johnson 35 Att, 135 yds, 1 TD

    J. Shipley 6 Rec, 185 yds, 3 TD

    K. Randall 7 Tack, 5 TFL, 3 Sack

    A. Williams 2 INT

Battle of the Lone Star Victors

The Texas Longhorns easily dominated long time rival Texas A&M this Saturday 40-16. Colt McCoy was at ease passing the ball as was the HB Johnson with the runninggame. A&M started off strong on defensive, building quite a morale with their interception on Texas' opening drive. The Longhorns wouldn't allow it and score 14 unanswered points and an interception of their own. Longhorns improve to 11-1(11-1) to end the regular season, only losing to rival Oklahoma

At this point in time the BCS has Texas pitted against #21 Georgia in the AT&T Cotton Bowl. The loss to Oklahoma may prevent a Big 12 Championship Game.

    Sugar Bowl

After a close first half ending 14-14, Texas' defense and offense fell apart, paving the way for Florida, who took full advantage.

    Good game Brave
