Offensive Rookie of the Year (AFC/NFC): QB Charles Garrett, Patriots
Defensive Rookie of the Year (AFC/NFC): One of the corners the Jets took I guess? I don't know.

Most Improved Team: No clue.. really liked the Colts publik drunk draft, and the Saints NeuroticTruth did some nice things even though they weren't bad to begin with. I'm going to go with Miami thirdalarm though just because he isn't starting Tannehill anymore. Big improvement, even if it is just old Big Ben.

    Most Disappointing Team:
controllerabuser Trading AP again this release (money reasons, I know..). Not sure even a great defensive player like Galette is worth AP and can fill that void for this team. CA had a good year last season though, so I think he can still do work.

Coach/GM of the Year: NeuroticTruth - going back to the AP trade.. I think it will be huge for this offense.

I like Galette, 96 OVR at left end for me, got a very fast receiver and a 1st for next year. I just feel good teams stop AP anyways and force me to throw. With the emergence of Teddy B in the playoffs, I felt that AP's contract was way too high for the overall growth of my team and revenue.

Key Losses: BGE, starting RB but we drafted a rookie that may be able to carry the load
Key Free Agent Additions: No big splashes, just small pieces as we look to reload our team of veterans.
Rookies We Should Watch: Renee Burnett. The ball will be in his hands from the beginning. I have high hopes for this young man.

Rookie of the Year: Cory Richardson, QB Pittsburgh Steelers
Offensive Rookie of the Year (AFC/NFC): Charles Garrett, QB New England Patriots (even though winning this and not ROY can't happen)
Defensive Rookie of the Year (AFC/NFC): Santiago Robinson, LOLB Washington Redskins

Most Improved Team: Chicago Bears. They weren't even that bad to begin with but they just threw money around this offseason. Close second are the New York Jets.
Most Disappointing Team: Philadelphia Eagles. As a real life Eagles fan I still see the same glaring holes with even bigger drops in certain position. Guy has a plan though so I guess I'll have to just sit and wait before I witness the magic.

Coach/GM of the Year: DC/Seahawks. With a bunch of contracts coming up, I can see him making some nice moves as he moves into the future with his franchise.

Name One Game You Refuse To Lose: Packers because there is no excuse to lose against these chumps whether at home or on the road.
Key Losses: AP, Chad Greenway, Brian Robison
Key Free Agent Additions: None, I did make two key trades that I feel will benefit our defense that played great in the playoffs and at the end of the season. Adding former LOLB and now LE Junior Galette allowed us to dump aging Brian Robison. Also trading for MLB Arthur Brown improves our linebacker core.

Rookie of the Year: Arie Asante
Offensive Rookie of the Year (AFC/NFC): Arie Asante / Jordan Espinosa
Defensive Rookie of the Year (AFC/NFC): Lejon Ryan / Kirk Thigpen

Most Improved Team: S.A. Marshalls had an outstanding draft , Chicago had a great FA , and I think I had a solid FA and draft.
Most Disappointing Team: Minnesota Vikings didn't do much in FA per money issues and then traded the only real weapon on offense away, I see them going 4-12 this season and struggling to score.

Coach/GM of the Year: Smace had a great draft but didn't do too much in FA , so with that in mind I gotta toot my own horn a bit here. I was able to get veteran upgrades for depth at QB , HB , DE , DT , OLB and added Larry Fitzgerald and his 95 personalty to sell some jerseys all on the cheap. I have around 12mil cap room and started the regular season with 20mil plus in funds. I traded out of the #4 overall pick in an RG3 like trade that allowed me to haul in 11 draft picks, 10 of which will be on the team long term and I have two 1st round picks next year. I drafted 2 star development players ( CB Kelo Terry, MLB Kirk Thigpen ) and fast development RE Daryl Cannon , who are all starting. I have 2 other future starters from that draft and a few solid depth players.

Name One Game You Refuse To Lose: Patriots for obvious reasons
    Key Losses: None
Key Free Agent Additions: WR Hakeem Nicks- We struggled to find a true slot WR and one who could take the pressure off Hill and Decker last year. Nicks was brought in to be a true slot guy. He doesn't have gamebreaking speed but he has sure hands and is tough as nails to press.

LG Carl Nicks- We struggled to run the ball and as a whole protect the QB and Nicks was the best OL we felt in FA. He's 30 so he's a bit up there but we feel he has 3-4 more prime years left and his play at the RG position will be huge for us.

DE/LB- Pernell McPhee (83)- The Nicks brothers were a great addition to the team but when we saw McPhee available, we immediately jumped on him. He was one of our top targets in FA. His signing lets us move Wilkerson inside where we feel he can be a huge force. McPhee was miscast as a LB for the Ravens last year and his big time strength and size makes us feel he'll be a huge player at the 3-4 DE position.

Rookies We Should Watch: CB Kenyatta Lee (81)- Lee will give the Jets staff the shut down corner they've been longing for since Revis left. Lee projects as a future shut down corner but the staff feels the future is now.

TE Mario Mendoza (79)- Mendoza figures to be in on 2 TE sets but the rookie TE may cut into Amaro's time as the starting TE. He's that good.

    League Predictions:

AFC East Champ: Patriots- I don't see many losses on their schedule and with a true run game and stifling defense, i don't see them losing more than 4 games.
AFC West Champ: Broncos- Manning is still there and their defense will be solid
AFC North Champ: Steelers- Big Ben is gone but the Steel curtain will lead this team.
AFC South Champ: Marshalls- I have a feeling smace will have a good year and take the division
AFC Wildcard #1: Jets- We will get over the hump and get into the postseason
AFC Wildcard #2: Browns- Strong run game led by Moorehouse leads BRowns to 10 wins

NFC East Champ: Redskins- Won the division last year, return everyone and improved in the trenches
NFC West Champ: Niners- if they stick to the run game, they will be fine.
NFC North Champ: Lions- Shaun and his minion of NBA D-Leaguers will lead them in a tough division
NFC South Champ: Aints- AP plus Brees, this maybe their year to get this done, I believe in them
NFC Wildcard #1: Cardinals- They have a competent QB now and their defense is very strong
NFC Wildcard #2: Panthers- Cam gets more weapons, their defense stays strong

    AFC Champ: Patriots
    NFC Champ: Redskins
    SB Champ (Score): Skins 24-20

    MVP: Stevan Ridley
    OPOY (AFC/NFC): Stevan Ridley
    DPOY (AFC/NFC): David Amerson (Skins)
Rookie of the Year: QB Garrett (Pats)
Offensive Rookie of the Year (AFC/NFC): RB Arie Asante (Marshalls)
Defensive Rookie of the Year (AFC/NFC): CB Kenyatta Lee (Jets)

Most Improved Team: Colts- I like the moves they made, they'll be tough as AFC is tough as nails
Most Disappointing Team: Bucs- After having issues trying to move, owner is more concerned about funds then the team, team morale suffers and they go 8-8.
