Just a suggestion, but should we include scholarships limits in this spreadsheet for easy tracking?
Made some edits for this season.
Added scholarship limits to the main recruiting table.
In the individual team pages added scouting columns.
OVR = what they were originally projected to be
Scout % = self explanatory
Scout OVR = Rating after scouting
How much the player has been scouted
DE Loren Downs was a week 1 instant commit. Loren has some ray potential, but we did not get a chance to fully scout him. He has average speed, but a good first step. My plan is to have Downs redshirt a year and then take over for JR Art Norman in 2015.
The Razorbacks filled one need by signing a K:
Nothing to report yet... but if Texas A&M gets even half of their top targets, this class could be better than last year's.
Sticky this thread and unsticky the 2012 one
---First recruit of this signing period for us, we filled a need at LB for depth purposes. Sherman is a bit small and is relatively new to the position. Talking to his HS coaches in Florida, he was moved from SS to LB his senior year. He displays nice speed, excellent acceleration and surprising strength...definitely a workout warrior. But he's not the hardest hitting LB and his taclking isn't as polished as we'd like. Still a solid start for BC.
Mogriffjr Weird ass recruit.
lol yeah, i don't mind it though, so much variance than 2012...which was literally filled with clones...smh...
Boom! Texas A&M's first signing of the year is a good one.
Where to begin? Webb is a complete player who is ready to compete at the D1/SEC level immediately. No redshirt for this animal. Coaches want him on the field ASAP and thats not good news for current starter, true Freshman David Craig. The Ags only have 2 true freshman at FS currently, so it may cause for some awkwardness or attrition down the road, but TAMU will cross that bridge when they get to it. For now, the staff is celebrating one of their best signings and looking forward to the next three or four years with Webb anchoring the deep-middle.
UNC's first signing
John Webb is a bitch with his 83 INJ rating!
The tigers are going hard for protection and blocking.....we want time to throw and holes to run through!
Can I get a link to the new google doc?
UNC is going for lineman on both sides of the ball every year regardless of needs.
Same here. Going to see if I cant recruit my way into having a pass rush.
I brought in all the studs last year. This year it seems like I'll bring in the same amount but they are mostly in the 75-77 range as opposed to the 78-81 range.
just go to docs.google.com should be in there on the list but here
All of you guys have access to the 2013 version of the recruiting spreadsheet. For those of you who provided gmail addresses it should be on you list at docs.google.com. For those without let me know if you don't have access, you should as I just copied the collaborators over from the 2012 version.
Oh, and enter your shit!!
I had everyone visiting vs Syracuse......
