Alabama starts this season with a new regime. The old staff did a great job recruiting and coaching players and coach JFunk is left with a pretty well stocked cupboard. Bama lost Julio Jones and Mark Ingram early to the draft and that hurt but overall this is a very good team. Some of the things this coaching staff will have to overcome include installing a different philosophy offensively and defensively, and most importantly trying to keep their starters as healthy as possible. That starting 22 are tough but the depth behind them could be questionable. Alabama signed 5 less players than they needed and will have to make up for it in the upcoming recruiting class. They did get a surprise transfer from Ohio State, Sophomore OLB Andrew Sweat. The new staff will look to take the talent they have and try to use them as efficiently as possible while still working the new system in. Hopefully Star Jackson can take this team on his back with support from Jermaine Griffin and Marquis Maze and they can pick up where they left off, a National Championship game appearance. Hopefully this time they outcome is different. ROLL TIDE ROLL!
