The game start out good for the Titans. Rookie quarterback Zach Mettenberger looked great in his 3rd start of the season since replacing Jake Locker. Mettenberger helped his troops march down field, but when they got inside the Redzone, the Colts defense would step up big time allowing only a field goal.

Then the Colts offense looked unstoppable. With Luck and company completing pass after pass moving quick into Titans territory. Halfback Trent Richardson would stuff it down the Titans throat from the 1 yard line. Colts would go up 7-3.

After a couple of 3 and outs from both teams, becoming a defensive game. Tennessee would -quickly move down field to put 3 more on the board before halftime. Colts up 7-6.

Colts would receive the ball after the half. However the Titans would receive one hell of a pep talk in the locker room. The Titans young defense would look amazing in the second half. Luck would throw deep, but unfortunately would find Titans defensive back Blidi Wreh-Wilson for an interception. That pick would spark the offense and defense.

Mettenberger would complete a couple of passes, putting together a very nice drive. Then rookie running back Bishop Sankey would punch it in from the 7 yard line. Titans would go for a 2 point conversion, but would be denied.

The Titans young defense would again step up forcing Luck to throw another interception. Mettenberger would connect with wide receiver Justin Hunter in the back of the endzone on a corner fade. Titans would pick off Luck again. Mettenberger dropped back looking for Hunter on a screen, but he would slip and fall down causing a busted play. Mettenberger would try to scramble but ends up getting leveled by the Colts defensive end.

Mettenberger would have to leave the game, allowing Week 1 starter Jake Locker to come back in. Locker would hook up with halfback Dexter McCluster on a slip screen on 3rd and long for a touchdown. That would pretty much allow the Titans to put it on cruise control for the remainder of the game.

    Titans Win 36-7

The Titans Defense would force 6 turnovers, and Sack Luck 5 times.
Only allowing 78 total yards for the Colts Offense.

**Mettenberger will be out 2 weeks

GG Casino I'm sure our next game will be much different. Good luck the rest of the way!
