Before the playoffs get started, I wanted to ask a few short questions from our members. Just short responses is all that's needed to start a good discussion between the leagues owners. Let's have fun with it and get started.

    1. Who has been your biggest contributor this year?

    2. Who has been your biggest let down this year?

    3. Which first year player are you most excited about?

    4. Which player on an opponents team gave you the most problems?

    5. If you could take any player off another team to help you in the playoffs. Who would it be and why?

    1. Who has been your biggest contributor this year?
CB Antonio Cromartie – He has really stepped up his game this year with an impressive 7 interceptions and 35 tackles. This is partially attributed to teams not throwing towards Revis and Antonio really elevating his game.

    2. Who has been your biggest let down this year?
QB Mark Sanchez – At 33 interceptions on the season you cannot expect to help yourself make it into the postseason. We really worked hard with Mark during the offseason on throwing accuracy and decisions making, but we still struggle out there on Sunday.

    3. Which first year player are you most excited about?
HB Larod Stephens-Howling – This man put in serious work when both #1 and #2 HBs were down for many weeks. In fact, we were impressed so much that he has earned himself the job as backup HB for the team.

    4. Which player on an opponent’s team gave you the most problems?
HB Reggie Bush – This was very early in the season and he just tore up the defense. The defense clearly didn’t show up for this game as Reggie Bush single handedly helped the Dolphins to overcome the Jets

    5. If you could take any player off another team to help you in the playoffs. Who would it be and why?
QB Tom Brady – Do I even have to support this? When I think about big time players in big game moments, he is at the top of that list in terms of active players.

    1. Who has been your biggest contributor this year?

Easily McFadden, I did sit him down last game against the Chiefs since he got injured twice the previous game, will need him to stay healthy the rest of the way, considering benching him next two games. Anyways, he has I think 1,800 yards rushing and 16 TDs averaging. All goes through McFadden, without him, the Raiders wouldn’t be that good on offense as Palmer has struggled at times and looked great at times. McFadden has been the consistent force throughout the season and stayed healthy.

    2. Who has been your biggest let down this year?

T.O, I picked him up on FA after he was released and thought he could be a good slot receiver which he has shown to be decent except he has the case of the dropsies. I wasn’t going to get a ton of production off of him since my game is running based, but he has failed to make some crucial simple catches in games that would kill drives.

    3. Which first year player are you most excited about?

Didn’t have many 1st year players, but of the young guys, I am excited for Taiwan Jones, he stepped in for DMAC against the Chiefs and ran for 130 yards and he was the preseason leader as well. If Dmac goes down, I have a great backup.

    4. Which player on an opponents team gave you the most problems?

It was the Steelers, but the original owner is no longer the owner, but I hear the Steelers are still good.

    5. If you could take any player off another team to help you in the playoffs. Who would it be and why?

Revis, Asomugha or any great man CB. My CBs especially DVD has gotten some picks, but they give up too many yards especially in man situations. They get beat off the line rather easily.

    1. Who has been your biggest contributor this year?

Between Luck and Lamar Miller, but i think im going to give it to Lamar here. He has been a monster in the running game and has sealed games with his ability to run. I consistently get first downs with him and he always fights for more yards. Hard working RB with some speed, him and Luck are here for the long run.

    2. Who has been your biggest let down this year?

Ronde Barber. I didnt trade for him, the previous owner did, but he hasnt been the force i think the other owner was expecting. He will be replaced in the draft if he doesnt retire. Cant play zone, cant play man, not much he can do. Hes like a linebacker essentially.

    3. Which first year player are you most excited about?

Luck would be the obvious answer, but there are so many 1st year players on this team i cant pick one out. Miller, Luck, the 3 rookie TEs, T.Y Hilton, the whole offense is exciting.

    4. Which player on an opponents team gave you the most problems?

Well ive played mostly CPU but i know Owen Daniels vs I Peench gave me a lot of problems.

    5. If you could take any player off another team to help you in the playoffs. Who would it be and why?

Revis. Offensively, my team is fine. But a guy like Revis to really shutdown 1 player is just an amazing luxury on defense.

    1. Who has been your biggest contributor this year?
Troy Polamalu probably, he has 8 picks and a couple TD's. Or my offensive line. I have been successful at running the ball down teams' throats, and that is why.

    2. Who has been your biggest let down this year?

Young speed back Rainey is apparently not on my squad anymore, so he's the biggest let-down.

    3. Which first year player are you most excited about?
Our 2 O-Linemen that were drafted this last year. For the same reason as in #1

    4. Which player on an opponents team gave you the most problems?
Trent Richardson. In our 1st game, he was running it on me with some good success.

    5. If you could take any player off another team to help you in the playoffs. Who would it be and why?

Call me crazy, but K Bassy Janikowski. In the Power Run game, field position means alot so every kick-off being a touch back, and being able to kick a FG anywhere inside the 50 would be a huge asset.

    1. Who has been your biggest contributor this year? Ryan Matthews by far! I really never thought I would be at 1500 yards with two games to go! He is having a huge year and is the reason I have a winning record this year. My passing game and Rivers has been terrible! Matthews needs to improve on his carrying in the offseason. He is tied for the most in the league with McFadden at 10 fumbles!

    2. Who has been your biggest let down this year? That goes without saying. Phillip Rivers is horrible this year! 33 int! Really need to improve on the passing game next year. During my 6 game winning streak earlier in the year he proved he could play solid ball but right now the Chargers need to really improve in the passing game.

    3. Which first year player are you most excited about? Mark Ingram has showed some signs of promise the few times he has gotten the start and Kendal Reyes has been average the first year but will improve and be a solid starter soon.

    4. Which player on an opponents team gave you the most problems? Two defenses in the league have proven to be really tough. @djillamatic23 has his Browns playing stout rush defense and @rrahx2's Steelers redzone and passing defense is elite! With both of them in the same division it makes me fear the AFC North.

    5. If you could take any player off another team to help you in the playoffs. Who would it be and why? Good question, I would probably take Calvin Johnson, A.J. Green, Andre Johnson or really any of the elite WR's! I have a very average Wr Corps and I need to work on a trade or hope to land a star in the draft. With Floyd out I am especially hurting at the WR position but the Chargers will adapt and use what they have to continue to battle for a playoff spot.

    1. Who has been your biggest contributor this year? All-Day Adrian Peterson - leads the NFC in rushing, and has yet to lose a fumble! It's no secret by now that I run a run-heavy offensive scheme, and AP has allowed me to keep the sticks moving and dominate in time of possession most games.

    2. Who has been your biggest let down this year? RE Jared Allen - with only 4 sacks on the year, and just 2 games to go, the Vikings had much higher expectations for their pass-rushing specialist. Young LE Brian Robison has outplayed him for the most part (9 sacks, including a 5-sack game in Week 15).

    3. Which first year player are you most excited about? No doubt, it's FS (for years to come) Harrison Smith out of Notre Dame. He's a big reason why the Viking defense is ranked #1 in the league through 15 games.

    4. Which player on an opponents team gave you the most problems? Matt Forte was the only running back to break the century mark against this defense. He's extremely elusive, can run you over and is a threat out of the backfield on this game.

    5. If you could take any player off another team to help you in the playoffs. Who would it be and why? The Vikings are weak at receiver, especially a big one that we could use in goal line situations. Harvin is great in space, but limited on a shortened field.
