    Guys,

Just like we discussed when I took over the league; I have been collecting feedback from your peers. Below is a summary of the information sent to me. Please note that participation in this has not been 100%. Also, this is not a public flame fest, it is feedback for you to learn and grow. If you have complaints, learn from them. I will be following the trends of this information as we go forward so I can evaluate people for Madden 13. Some of you will not enjoy the rating you've received from your peers. That is your fault and yours alone. The nice thing about this process is that it is fairly balanced, there are a ton of people in the TMFL who don't care about winning, so the few that do don't skew the ratings. Note, I haven't filtered out items if I don't agree with them. So, I'm not saying some of the issues are things I am concerned about, but obviously your peers have an expectation that wasn't met.

Might as well ask, who did I run the score up on? I might have not even noticed, but open to hearing it all to be a better player... that's a bad rating and I'd like to fix it. Also curious about the breaking outside runs thing. Only time I bounce outside is (90% of the time) when people crash the line with the FS.

    Open to hearing it...

Lets see I played, RynoAid , sawemoff (would assume the outside running is from him), LSUTRUTH , GovernedSpy I think is all of em.

That's not the point of this thread, especially since you aren't even in this league anymore.

Did anyone provide video of me dropping back to far? I know this claim has been lodged against me before so I've been super vigilant about it. I also view every reviewable play at the end of the game and haven't seen one instance of this from me this year.

Shocked that I got the 4th lowest overall rating. Especially if those are the two main complaints against me.

Great stuff, I'm trying to throw outside the hashes more in practice mode. The last two times I tried a corner route in my user games it was an INT, but I will keep trying!

I also used the reviews from last year.

But to answer your question, no, no one sent me video.

Also, want to say that you didn't get reviewed as often as some people (thank your opponents), so one low score really skews things.

Hope you guys take this constructively. Shaun spent time going through other people's opinions for the betterment of the league. Don't take anything personally.

Hopefully some of you can keep an open mind and chill attitude here.

I think my rating is decent. 15th in the LG. I run alot of stretch plays so that calls for bouncing or cutting up the field which i think has been my main complaint

I agree Peench. I'm not going to go after my accuser(s) but I think the drop back claim is completely unjust.

My FB does have the most carries in the league at 16 (1.78 carries per game) but I'm a old school runner, I like using a lead blocker and using the FB in short yardage or goal line. A handful of his carries were in clock killing situations as well. Also, Washington's playbook only has 2 FB run plays.

I still dont agree with the safety crashing the LOS, in a 3rd and 1 situation, if i have my safety that is starting above the LB level and hits the LOS after the snap to stop a 3rd and short, that is not unfamiliar in madden nor in the real nfl.

If this was something i was doing on passing downs and non rushing situations, i'd understanding, but a 3rd and short, shouldnt be an issue.

Keep in mind what Shaun said, it could have been from before the reboot. I was lazy and didn't submit a review for you, but I would have given you a 10 with no complaints. People who have a problem are more likely to respond than those that didn't. I need to go back and do mine.

Wow... thought it would be a little higher than that, but all I can do is continue to make improvements... I don't feel like I run inside run's outside... I just don't run up the middle much... I will work on the slants, but I only run like 3 max a game... Anyways good stuff Shaun

My assessment on me is probably accurate. Ausberry has gotten a lot of looks because in the playbook that I run it has a lot of plays in which the TE is the 3rd or 4th option and the slot WR, Ford does see a lot of passes his direction also but not necessarily posts. Some are streaks, others are corner post routes but will be more in tune with it. Ausberry is usually my 3rd or 4th option on a play but I will give teams credit that I have played so far, they do a good job on Moore and Heyward-Bey trying to limit there touches. Which leads to more touches for Ford and Ausberry. I'll try to get my two big play receivers involved a little bit more.

I already gave you personally the review of our game and spoke to you in regards to what I had a problem with, I didn't submit one to Shaun because I wanted to cool off a little after that run from Charles late but after I got a little side tracked. You do like to bounce it outside a lot like you said because my d-line was stuffing the middle but you still gotta keep at it and trying, and on stretch plays or power O with twins, you gotta look to cut it up the field and go where the play is designed after you break the initial level feel free to cut back or try to bounce it out if it's open but hit the designed hole and then look to make a move. I know you like running outside with Charles and have good success with it, but just gotta be vigilant with it and mix it up (y)

Hope that helps a little bit.

A couple of improvement points for you:
    1. Give your backup running back more carries to keep Charles yards below 3,000. People hate that.
    2. Run inside more. Outside runs are overpowered.

Anytime you are averaging 7+ YPC, I get suspicious.

From our game last year I sent my review and I did point out the aspects of your deep draw backs to you and about the FB getting every carry on 3rd and 1 or near the goal-line. I am not afraid to tell anyone my review on them. I haven't played you this season so I can't speak on it but your performance last year was an improvement to some of the former 20 yard drop backs you had previously but that was my assessment at the time but as I told you, you are being more vigilant on it and better with it and it happens a lot less often (y)

FB dive is such a gimmee play on third and short or near the goal-line you gotta mix it up on that.
