I simmed the 3rd and parts of the fourth and the cpu on my team returned 2 ints and ran the ball majority of the game after it was a blow out but I will tone it down
Week 11 San Francisco hands Phily their first loss of the season as Eagles backup QB Kain Clark struggles against the grizzled veteran SF defense. Meanwhile, the SF offense ran the ball effectively setting up a number of effective PA passes over the top of the defense. GG mboda Stat of the Game: Turnovers - SF 0, Phi 4 It was over when: In the 3rd Quarter, SF holds Eagles on 4th and Goal from the 2 yard line. The following play, SF RB Kenny Crenshaw rips a 59 yard run. Player of the Game: Colin Kaepernick - 12/14, 304 yards, 4 TDs, 0 INT
I have spent a ton of XP on WR release... and that combined with our threshold of 40 makes man press dangerous
Great game with hskr8128. We couldn't run the ball all game until the very end to seal the game. Play of the game was a Jarius Byrd pick in the 3rd quarter that allowed us to get some breathing room and a two score lead. Good game again man was a fun one.
Not if we struggle running the ball the way we did today. I have played well against him the two times we have played but yet to get that win against him with both games coming down to the wire. Look forward to the matchup in a couple weeks. Giansante is pissed that his season got ended against them last year when my xbox was gone
Bengals overcome adversity, Steelers to take control of AFC North Cincinnati, OH-The Bengals looked lost in the beginning of the game as Andrew Luck threw two INT's and the Steelers shut the Bengals down en route to a quick 21-3 lead. Once Luck stopped turning the ball over, the Bengals were able to march down the field and punch the ball in near the end of the half to make it 21-10 at halftime. In the third, things began to get interesting. The Bengals were driving down the field on the opening possession of the second when Andrew Luck attempted to pick up a first down with his feet. He got the first but paid for it with a viscous hit from a Steelers defender which knocked him out of the game until midway through the 4th. The Bengals would only capture a FG on that drive to cut it to 21-13. However, on the very next possession, HB LeVeon Bell was met coming out of the backfield and fumbled the ball away, giving the Bengals new life. With the new found momentum and being led by rookie QB Akiee Battles, the Bengals came alive on both sides of the ball. The Steelers wouldn't score again the rest of the game. The Bengals took their first lead on Luck's first play back. Facing a 3rd and 1 with the game tied and clock ticking, the Bengals decided to go deep on a play action. Luck found WR Keshawn Martin streaking down the sideline and the Bengals fastest WR burned his way into the endzone. The Steelers had about 4:00 to play and were facing a 28-21 defecit. Roethlisberger looked over the middle on a slant route but was picked by MLB Burfict that had the Bengals all ready in FG range. GG KelchSWagger. Gonna be a great rematch in a couple days that will decide the division. Note: WR AJ Green was also injured against Pittsburgh. Officials say they are uncertain when he will return but hope to have him healthy for the rematch in Pittsburgh in two weeks.
KelchSWagger Cgreen214 BrewBomber It's a damn shame one of us is gonna get blocked out of the playoffs by those crappy AFC West teams.... I'm assuming the WC slots are gonna be locked up with Texans/Jaguars and Patriots/Bills
Bills defeat Dolphins 37-7 Last week the Dolphins gave the Bills hope, as they handed the Patriots their first lost of the season and gave Buffalo control of their own destiny in the AFC East. The Buffalo staff knew they could not over look the young dangerous Dolphins team and delivered on a great week of practice and remained perfect at home on the season. Things didn't look good for the Bills to start the game, after winning the toss and kicking off to the Dolphins, Miami went on an impressive 75 yard drive, staying balanced and really doing what they wanted taking a 7-0 lead. Buffalo came out in a great rhythym though as Giasante led them straight down into the Dolphins red zone. Tragedy struck for the Bills as the pass rush hurried Giasante and he made a mistake throwing an interception to Kareem Jackson. Miami's offense went back to work driving right back down the field and as the first quarter ended it was a 7-0 Dolphin lead and they had the ball deep into Buffalo territory. The second quarter though the wheels started to come off for the Dolphins, as Mcnulty found a wr in the flats inside the 15 yard line but he was blown up by Stephon Gilmore and lost possession with Buffalo recovering. Jacob Fernandez took over the game from this point. The rookie WR came up big in several 3rd and longs as Buffalo couldn't get the running game going, and Buffalo's defense looking like a new different unit from the first quarter the Bills were able to put up 21 points in the quarter to take a 21-7 halftime lead. To this point of the game the Bills were not able to get the running game going, but with 100 yards receiving at the half, the Dolphins had to focus more Fernandez opening up running lanes for Adrian Peterson. At the end of the day the Bills were just too much for the Dolphins to overcome on this day, as the defense was swarming to the ball and the offense began firing on all cylinders. GG Cgreen214 things turned on you in a hurry bud guess my raucous Canadian crowd was just too much for your young team this go round. See you next year bud.
Green Bay wins another Sloppy Bears / Packers Game The last few seasons, whenever Green Bay and Chicago meet you can be rest assured that the game will be ugly. Now, Packers fans would like to attribute this solely to coach Roggie , but Green Bay has been just as bad a number of times as well. This was not one of those times for Green Bay. While neither offense could get much going, the Packers defense shined forcing 7 turnovers - 6 of which were interceptions. The constant short fields allowed Green Bay to take control and suffocate the Bears in a 30-14 win. It is worth noting that the Bears had 6 turnovers in their first meeting with Green Bay this year.
Packers Conquer Vikings Total Yards gained: 433-83 Seeing only that one stat should tell you that this game was not pretty by any means. The Packers Dominated from the opening kick, and never gave the Vikings a chance to breathe. Green Bay would put up 23 in the 2nd quarter to go up 30-0 at half before letting the backups play the entire second half.
Pack Sink Bucs While the Buccaneers may have only come into this game with 1 win, the score here does not emphasize how gamey they were in the first half. After falling down 20-0, the Bucs would cut the deficit to 6 before the break. But the Packers offense was too much to overcome, especially with the number of short fields in the second half. The Packers would clamp down on the Bucs defensively en route to the 50-21 win.
10 in a row! After two spectacular games, the Packers showed that they are not impervious while notching their 10th straight win this season. The Packers would only convert 3 of their 5 redzone attempts into points, and 1 of those was a field goal. Still, the Packers Defense held the Ravens to 179 yards of offense and forced 3 more turnovers to hold on to a 26-10 win. Fun fact: Both teams recorded a safety in this game
Packers Stumble in Cleveland It was discovered during the Baltimore game. Pittsburgh took advantage of it. And now it has cost Green Bay two games as they couldn't fix it for Cleveland. The Packers offense is in disarray in the opponents territory. Green Bay seemed to hit a barrier upon crossing the 50, and the closer they got to the endzone the harder got to move the ball. Credit goes to Cleveland who withstood everything the Packers defense threw at them and avoided making the high number of mistakes that many teams have. With their third loss of the season, the Packers are nearly in full tail-spin mode. It could not have come at a worse time either, as now they are at risk of losing the first round bye.
Packers Right the Ship, but Concerns Remain Green Bay was able to get back on the winning track in week 16, but it was not without it's share of concerns. The Lions outgained the Packers by 70 yards at Ford Field. The turnover number is misleading, as the Lions threw interceptions on their last 3 drives while behind and trying to get back into the game. Still, intercepting Stafford 5 times on the afternoon should be a huge confidence boost for the Defense. Meanwhile, the Packers offense is still struggling somewhat and with the playoffs only a couple of weeks away the Packers are desperately searching for answers.
