QB #1 [IMG] Matt Flynn 113.6 QB Rating, 2,267 yards, 18 TDs, 8 INTs, 64.9% cp
QB #2 [IMG] Andy Dalton 98.7 QB Rating, 2,811 yards 24 TDs 16INTs 60% cp

Not a close one as both QBs are heads above their peers in the AFC. Going to be interesting to see how Flynn fairs once he gets more firepower in Miami.

    Position Team Starters Comments
RB #1 [IMG] Jamaal Charles 1,997 yards, 7.4 ypc, 22 TDs
RB #2 [IMG] Chris Johnson 1,565 yards, 6.7 ypc, 16 TDs

Starting RB wasn't close, #2 was a very tight race between Johnson, Jackson and Bush. The quality of backs in the AFC really shows here.

    Position Team Starters Comments
    WR #1 [IMG] AJ Green 54 catches, 1,011yards, 9 TDs, 18.7 ypc
WR #2 [IMG] Mike Wallace 59 catches, 1062 yards, 8 TDS, 18 ypc
WR #3 [IMG] Andre Johnson 44 catches, 650 yards, 7 TDs, 14.8 ypc

Aj green was a lock. Even with being included on the ballot late Mike Wallace takes the #2 spot. Pretty thin here as only 2 WRs broke 1,000 yards receiving, AFC gets their wins on the ground.

    Position Team Starters Comments
    TE#1 [IMG] Aaron Hernandez 30 catches, 504 yards, 4 TDs, 16.8 ypc
TE #2 [IMG] Ed Dickson 40 catches, 599 yards, 3 TDs, 15 ypc

Both tight ends pulled away barely and held the lead over their counterparts.

AFC Defense incoming and then NFC..

    Position Team Starters Comments
DE #1 [IMG] Robert Matthis 27 tackles, 11 sacks
DE #2 [IMG] Muhammad Wilkerson 22 tackles, 9 sacks, 1FF
Matthis was nealry on every ballot but Wilkerson has a slightly tougher time locking down the 2nd spot.

    Position Team Starters Comments
DT #1 [IMG] Karl Klug 30 tackles, 17 sacks, 1FF
DT #2 [IMG] Richard Seymour 23 tackles, 11 sacks, 1FF
Defensive rookie of the year front runner makes the Probowl in a group of great DTs.

    Position Team Starters Comments
    MLB #1 [IMG] David Harris 50 tackles, 2 sacks, 4 FF 2ints, 4 FF
    MLB #2 [IMG] Ray Maualuga 62 tackles, 1 sack, 2 ints, 1FF
]Maualug barely beats out Lawrences Timmons by the slightest of margins.

    Position Team Starters Comments
    OLB #1 [IMG] Clint Session 57 tackles, 1 sacks, 3 int, 7FF
OLB #2 [IMG] Terrell Suggs 50 tackles, 5 sacks, 1 int, 3 FF
Session was a run away choice but Suggs had to fight off his teamatte Jarret Johnson.

    Position Team Starters Comments
CB #1 [IMG] Antoine Cason 29 tackles, 9 ints
CB #2 [IMG] Darrelle Revis 27 tackles, 5 ints, 1 FF
Both corners never had much competition.

    Position Team Starters Comments
FS #1 [IMG] Chris Clemons 39 tackles, 4 ints 4 FF
FS #2 [IMG] Patrick Chung 38 tackles, 2 sacks, 3 ints, 2 FF
Both safeties racked up plenty of tackles in the run heavy AFC but not much in the way of interceptions.

    Position Team Starters Comments
SS #1 [IMG] Eric Berry 30 tackles, 3 ints, 2 FF
SS #2 [IMG] Troy Polamalu 36 tackles, 6 ints, 2 FF
Another rookie stand out takes the starting spot wile Polamalu had a down to the wire win over veteran Bob Sanders.

The AFC's ProBowl selections show us what we all already knew. They like to pound the ball and play good defense. The question remains: Is the poor QB play a result of good defense or poor offensive execution?

    QB
    Eli Manning
    Josh Freeman

Manning was the clear cut #1 with Matt Ryan and josh freeman battling it out for the #2 spot, it was very close with Freeman pulling it out at the end. I personally felt Matt Ryan had the better year but I am guessing voters were impressed Freeman put up the numbers he did in a run orriented offense.

    HB
    DeAngelo Williams
    LeSean McCoy

Two clear cut favors here who received 80% of the votes.

    WR
    Calvin Johnson Jr.
    Julio Jones
    Victor Cruz

Calvin Johnson was a clear cut winner as he was included on every ballot. Julio Jones recieved a large percentage of votes. The two Giants Nicks and Cruz canabalized each other with Cruz pulling it out for the last spot.

    TE
    Rob Housler
    Jake Ballard

TE was a major toss up in the NFC. Votes were all over the place and shockingly Rob Housler one of the top pass catchers in the NFL barely won out over Jake Ballard by a few votes. Graham was also a very close 3rd missing out on a tie by one vote.

    DE
    Adrian Clayborn
    Israel Idonjije

Rookie Adrian Clayborn won big here with Israel Idonije wiingly out over John Abraham in a close one.

    DT
    Cullen Jenkins 10
    Gerald McCoy 9

A close battle here as there was no clear cut favorite for best DT in the NFC. Jenkins, McCoy, Babineaux and suh all finished one vote apart from one another. With Jenkins and McCoy squeeking it out for the ProBowl nod.

    OLB
    Martez Wilson
    Clay Matthews

Rooking sensation Martez Wilson and Clay Matthews were clear cut winners receiving the lions share of the votes.

    MLB
    Jonathan Beason
    Patrick Willis
    *London Fletcher

Perennial all-pros Patrick Willis and Jonathan Beason lead the way. Special nod to ProBowl alternate London Fletcher who was added on the ballot late but received a vote on each ballot afterwards.

    CB
    Patrick Peterson
    Richard Shearman

The second most dominant performance on the ballot behind Megatron rookie Patrick Peterson was included on 90% of all ballots. Richard sherman was not too far behind as both CBs were the clear cut winners in this field.

    FS
    Antrel Rolle
    Malcolm Jenkins

No question who the two best Free Safeties are in the NFC.

    SS
    Adrian Wilson
    Kenny Phillips

Adrian Wilson stands heads above his peers at his position with Kenny Phillips having a harder time beating out Major Wright and Williams Moore.
