    Great job with this list!

Also nice job bjbdahitman for taking a conscience effort to improve your game...

Ghost When should we expect a similiar effort? Im sure you realize that your score won't be overlooked for too much longer...

FWIW I would have given CPU Jags a 1 if I coulda , damn cheesey AM def AI & CPU rage quit on me 1st time lol

On subject of ghost I gave him some criticism after our last game and he seemed receptive , so maybe he will come around , I personally think I will have to give him a better score my 2nd game against him later in the year.

Would people prefer I do the feedback comments out in the open like last time?

I would, why not? As long as people remember that its constructive criticism and not "omg you're a baddie" criticism.

I think there is some wisdom in not displaying all the feedback comments. Reason being that one guy may say or think one thing about a playstyle and then give future opponents a bias about it. One guy may say this coach bounced the runs outside too often. Then, future opponents may look extra close to any outside run and pile it on in frustration if they lost. It just kind of brings attention to it. When the complaints are private, I think you would get a better feel on actual trends of bad playing habits instead of 3 or 4 guys read this coach didnt like something so were extra alert for anything that even appeared like it...

I'd rather them be in the open it seemed to work well and was in a constructive way.

The thing that sucks is outliers. I have 4 total user reviews, and Shaun stated that I got one 2/10 review. This means I could have got a 10, 9, 9, and then the outlier (2) skews my total score down to 7.50 Shaun also stated this guy rated everyone low. It'd be cool if we could see a final review at the end of the year, or at next year's mid-year review - include all scores up to that point for a larger sample size.

I agree. I think if people want the feedback, they can PM Shaun. That would be the most tactful approach.

My 2 cents is there is less drama and bickering if it is in a PM......there would be drama but it would be between you and that person.

Being the math wiz/engineer you are i am surprised there was no standard deviations listed :) or at least a min max......

What's the biggest complaint against Ghost? How does one get a 4.20?

Actually the mean might be better than the average in this case. It'd eliminate any extreme bias' and lead to less skewed results.(y)
