    Tradition Online Fighting Championship Rules

    1) A member is to choose one fighter in each weight class that is active. For example, right now we are starting with the Lightweight and Light Heavyweight weight classes. You must choose one available fighter from each class. Ex. BJ Penn and Shogun Rua.

    2) Once a fighter is initially chosen, after 3 fights with that fighter a member has the opportunity to switch to a different available fighter. However, if a member chooses to switch, their new fighter will be moved directly to the bottom of the division rankings.

    3) If a fighter is available in both PRIDE and UFC versions, you must choose the UFC version.

    4) All fights will take place in simulation mode in the UFC octagon. Not the PRIDE ring or under PRIDE rules.

    5) Spamming is discouraged whether it be striking, transitions or submissions.

    6) A divisional ranking system will be used where fighters move up and down ranks depending on their record and win streak. The #1 ranked fighter will be the champion. The #2 ranked fighter will get a title shot.

    7) Opponents will be determined based upon rankings in announced fight cards. Once your fight is announced, please try and get it done in a timely fashion.

    7) Championship fights will be 5 rounds. All other fights will be 3.

    8) Each fight will take place once and only once. The winner of the fight will report the results to the appropriate results thread. The loser will confirm this result. Video highlights are encouraged if possible.
