    QUARTERBACK

    (Strength of Position - WEAK)

    1. Matt Schaub - Will Pitt be able to resign him? If not, he will clearly be the top QB FA.
    2. Jason Campbell - Backup
    3. Vince Young - Perfect fit for BobJr in Dallas
    4. Matt Leinart - Backup
    5. Rex Grossman - Perfect fit for _MG_ in SD.

    RUNNING BACK

    (Strength of Position - Decent)

    1. Reggie Bush - Playing well in a backup role with the Chargers with 6 TD's and over 500 yards receiving + rushing. He has something many owners like - speed.
    2. Rashard Mendenhall - Will cap space prevent KnightNoles from being able to keep his star back?
    3. Peyton Hillis - I doubt the Jets have the cap room or the desire to bring him back. Expect him to end up in Atlanta with the rest of the former hogs.
    4. Lagarrette Blount - Doug Martin may make him expendable.
    5. Brandon Jacobs - May have slipped to 3rd string in St. Louis behind Pead and Jackson. He just doesn't seem to fit Lawdog's scheme.
    6. Felix Jones - The king of the wheel route. With 24 catches and almost 900 all-purpose yards on the season, I doubt BK lets him go.
    7. Kevin Smith - Only 80 yards rushing on the season. He is an after thought in the Lions offense. He is definitely a "jack of all trades, master of none" type player.

    WIDE RECEIVER

(Strength of Position - Two stars, some old guys and a buffoon - Braylon)

    1. Dwayne Bowe - Wants BIG money. I doubt Sporty will pay. Expect him to be the top of this FA class.
    2. Mike Wallace - Steelers salary cap situation is in the way here. I can't imagine that Noles lets Wallace go though. If he does somehow become a free agent, I expect him to get 10M+ per.
    3. Plaxico Burress - Plax is having a very good season in Indy with 59 catches for 851 yards and 8 TD's. You can't teach height.
    4. Randy Moss - Another old player that is having a very good season. 7TD's and 33 receptions so far for this HOFer.
    5. Braylon Edwards - No hands but does have height and decent speed.

    TIGHT END

    (Strength of Position - Terrible)

    1. Ed Dickson - Young TE with good speed and hands. Over 500 yards receiving on the year.
    2. Dallas Clark - More of a receiver than a TE. Age is catching up with him but he can still contribute.
    3. Vishante Shiancoe - Still missing his days in Minnesooota.
    4. Jeremy Shockey - Great player - 10 years ago.
    5. Martellus Bennett - I'm really reaching here.....

    TACKLE

    (Strength of Position - Good)

    1. Brandon Albert - One of the top tackles in the league. It sounds like he is done in KC. Expect BIG money here.
    2. Duane Brown - pitt4life21 can't let this guy go. No matter your scheme, he fits.
    3. Jeff Backus - Age may hurt his stock but still a very good pass blocker.
    4. Max Starks - Cap casualty in Pitt? Tremendous size and strength.
    5. Chad Clifton - 36 years old but still can pass block.

    GUARD

    (Strength of Position - Mediocre)

    1. Kraig Urbik - Mauler from Wisconsin.
    2. Jake Scott - Smart player who is an effective pass blocker.
    3. Leonard Davis - Big man from Texas is still a decent run blocker.
    4. Brian Waters - One of the best pass blocking guards in the league with huge intangibles. 35 years old though.
    5. Garrett Reynolds (ATL) - 25 year old with a huge 6'7 frame. He has potential but is a major pass block liability.

    CENTER

(Strength of Position - If you are looking here for a center you are in trouble.)

    1. Jeff Faine
    2. Brad Meester
    3. Brian De La Puente

Does it allow you only to do that at end of the year?

Chargers will make a nice offer to Bush with the hopes of him staying in San Diego.

Players can come out of retirement, I know Warner is one. If you watch the loading screen leading in and out of games it mentions players and coaches coming out of retirement.
