I was bored and wanted to try messing around with some stuff in Excel, so I put together a table of quarterback stats for this season. It really is pretty simplistic and nowhere near as difficult as ESPN's new Total QBR. I have limited resources based on stats in ESPN, so can't even try calculating total QBR, though I'd probably be too lazy to attempt.

    Positive Plays
    Completed Passes
    Passing TD
    Rushing TD

    Negative Plays
    Incomplete Passes
    Passing INT
    QB Sack
Fumble (I can't see fumble lost vs. fumble recovered)

Passing yards are calculated in, I couldn't really find a way to include rushing yards. Plus rushing yards in NCAA counts sacks, so QB sacks would have a double negative impact on results.

Jman may hate Landry Jones but his stats put him on the top of the list.

The 4 quarterbacks leading the list have a combined 1 loss. The bottom 3 quarterbacks have combined for 10 losses.

Landry's porn 'stache pisses me off, but dude wins games. Too bad his last one won't be in the NC.

Yeah you guys need a lot of help to get to championship game. I think you need 2 of 3 undefeated teams to lose conference championship games.

I need to go back and add USC QB, somehow I stopped one team too soon. I can only get some stats from the console so will grab that info the next time i boot up my Xbox.

I added Scroggins to the list. He was the one I forgot when I completed the spreadsheet.

My QB play was horrible this year. Should have left him off the list. If you look at the ND sim, my QB was 2/23 in the 31-7 defeat.....

He performed better than some other QB's on the list. 8 rushing TD was 2x more than next closest starting QB.

This was my worst Qb season across both files. OL is really bad. Qb is so-so.

Freshman next year will be nice for morale

Here is the data for season 3

Gngsta4Lyphe has top QB but also skewed due to being mostly CPU controlled this season.

Connor Shaw is in a distance last place, SatansAngel1104 will not miss him next season.

Panchall is most improved QB by numbers but he still finishes just barely on negative side.

McCoy is the biggest drop off from last season, +1002 to -29. This is likely due to injury, since Ash made nearly same number of attempts.
