    San Diego sends:

    2014 1st round pick (7)
    2014 2nd round pick (39)

    Seattle sends:

WR Sydney Rice: 86 ovr, 27 yrs old, $6M cap hit
    2014 1st round pick (28)

    Reason:

San Diego struggled all last season with dropped passes and Rice would give the Chargers a better option at the number 2 or possibly the 1 receiver spot allowing Vincent Brown to move back to the slot where he will be more effective. While the move takes a key receiver out of the Seahawks rotation it will gain them an extra second round pick. The 1st round swap will move them way up on the board and their extra pick in the 2nd is only 9 picks behind where their current 1st round pick would have come with the 28th.

Seahawks agree! We simply could not afford to pay our #2 WR the amount Rice is due, with the cap situation we are facing.

    Pleasure doing business Michael!
