1. Trade posted before season was over 2. Trade deadline had passed 3. Guas is not signed to an extension 4. Guas is now injured for 2-3 months 5. Raj line-up shows 2 man rotation How is that incorrect?
Raj never made it to the ALDS, his rotation was setup to the WC. Even if he has a 2 man rotation, who cares....?
1/2) The trade was posted before the season was over, but clearly wasnt going to be processed until the offseason as you cant even process trades in game after the deadline. 3) The trade was contingent upon Gaus accepting the extension, as stated in the thread. 4) Guas got injured last sim in an off the field issue, that coupled with the fact he hasnt signed the extension yet is the reason the trade is now on hold. 5) Not really sure how thats relevant at all to this situation as the trade was made after his elimination. Quit trying to make a big deal out of something that isnt.
I'm not chapped but to make a post with questions in the trade analysis thread, when the trade isn't completed and some of the answers are out there to read. L2R
So... any controversy with this Yelich mishap that took place night? Which team did he end up going to?
Things I don't understand... why take on more $$$ in an area you obviously don't need the help???? But kudos to kdpnutter, he found someone to take one of his amazing middle relievers.
I also think kdpnutter is expecting a couple young arms to come in and help his rotation, that's what made Fleming expendable to begin with (and him being generally awful this year). So if he strengthens that offense with Yelich in left and Panda at DH, gets his young arms up and they contribute like he thinks they will, he'll be in decent shape. I prefer anything to inertia. Nothing worse than a backwards K.
