    Cleveland Browns
    Joe Thomas - LT - 97, 27 yrs., and Intangible grade of 97;
    BROWNS 2013 SECOND ROUND PICK

    TOTAL CAP SPACE: 14.67 Million
CAP PENALTY INCURRED WITH TRADE: 7 million
REASONING BEHIND TRADE: I need to improve at a number of areas on my team. I actually hate to get rid of such a valuable offensive tackle, but in this trade I get back a better then average left tackle, a top tier WR, and a playmaker on defense. This trade makes sense for me because it allows me to improve at numerous areas.
    New York Giants
Hakeem Nicks - WR - 90, 24 yrs., and Intangible grade of 96
Osi Umenyiora - RE - 84, 31 yrs., and Int. grade of 77
Will Beatty LT - 81, 27 yrs., and Int. grade of 78
    GIANTS 2013 THIRD ROUND PICK

    TOTAL CAP SPACE: 7.78
CAP PENALTY INCURRED WITH TRADE: 3.5 Million
REASONING BEHIND TRADE: To acquire the best O-lineman in the game

Perhaps, but I'd let the board handle that. I think they should allow the owners a little more room to
make their own moves this year unless its a complete ripoff, which this is not.

The best way to look at it, everyone values players differently. One man's trash is another man's treasure. (No, Joe Thomas is not trash. Lol)

It seems tactless to post in someones trade thread that doesn't involve you. I could cite numerous reasons why the Giants owner and I spent so much time working on this trade and how it is a fair trade. But it doesn't seem like the appropriate place or person to have that conversation with.

    TOTAL CAP SPACE: 14.67 Million + 8.45(J. Thomas Cut Savings) = 23.12M

CAP PENALTY INCURRED WITH TRADE: 6 million

REASONING BEHIND TRADE: I need to improve at a number of areas on my team. I actually hate to get rid of such a valuable offensive tackle, but in this trade I get back a better then average left tackle, a top tier WR, and a playmaker on defense. This trade makes sense for me because it allows me to improve at numerous areas.

CAP PENALTY INCURRED WITH TRADE: 500K

REASONING BEHIND TRADE: Who better to protect Eli’s blind side then the best LT in the game. One if not the Giants biggest weakness is LT. The Giants have enough depth at WR and DE to still be Elite.
