Trades: All trades must be submitted for approval through the trade committee Snozberriez8198 , Troy J. , jay2149 , Doc Holliday904 We will use the 3/5 or 3/4 rule to approve trades. If two trade committee members want to do a trade we will use 2/3 rule, those committee members will not partake in any trade committee discussions pertaining to the outcome of those trades, for obvious reasons. All decisions made by the trade committee are final and are to be based upon the following criteria: Does the trade appear to severely hinder a team unnecessarily (is the trade so egregious that a future owner would be turned off from using that team should the owner of that team leave) Does the trade indicate any sort of collusion (is the trade imbalanced in a way that could indicate two players working together to artificially enhance one of the teams) Does the trade violate any restrictions/rules pertaining to trades/player acquisitions (these rules will be laid out before the league is created. However, they should be similar to what we began with. With that being said, ALL players are responsible for understanding and following the rules as they are laid out.) If your trade gets denied, please do not argue or try plead your case. Just go back to the bargaining table and work out a deal that will work based on the feedback they give you. Trades with any CPU teams will be turned off and not allowed. You must post your trade in the forums to be approved first before submitting on Connected Careers mode. Once approved, you may then put the trade into Connected Careers. You will have to make sure the trade keeps you within your salary cap. Maximum of 3 trades allowed per team per season (this includes Pre and post season) You may trade draft picks. No stupid trades. Don't give up your entire draft for 1 player. The Trade Committee has the right to stop all trading activity at any given time for whatever reason Only post completed trades in this thread (example) Falcons trade : Person A and B San Diego gets First round pick in next year draft. Person initiating trade writes in the info. NO GENERAL DISCUSSIONS IN THIS FORUM PLEASE, ONLY PROPOSED & COMPLETED TRADES!!!!
