    *** TRADE RULES ***

The league staff reserves the right to deny any trade. If a trade proposal is denied, the reason(s) will be presented so that the owners involved in the trade may attempt to alleviate the issue(s) to have the trade proposal approved. All trades must be requested by the scheduled weekly deadline for the transaction to be effective on the next week's roster. The regular season trade deadline is the conclusion of week six. No trades of any kind are allowed after week seven commences. Trades will resume once the post-season has been completed (Superbowl / Pro Bowl). For trade limit purposes, the definition of "SEASON" is the pre-season kickoff through the conclusion of the Superbowl.

    A) Teams are limited to ONE (1) "BLOCKBUSTER" trade per season. The definition of a "BLOCKBUSTER" trade would be any trade involving an exchange of any kind of a player with a 90ovr rating or higher. ALL teams involved in the trade are credited with their BLOCKBUSTER trade for the season.
    B) Teams are limited to FOUR (4) trades per season involving players exchanged by any team involved AND inclusive of any "BLOCKBUSTER" trade. An exception to the rule is the trade limit does NOT apply if ONLY draft picks (NO players) are involved in the exchange between the teams involved (i.e. trading draft picks to move up in the draft), and therefore, the trade is not counted against the team's trade limit for the season.
    C) Teams are limited to trading up to an accumulated $15M salary cap penalty per season.
    D) Owners may trade any combination of players and/or draft picks as long as the trade proposal is posted in the forum and the trade is agreed upon by both parties.
    E) A player may be traded more than once during the off-season or pre-season periods only. A player that has already been traded at least once cannot be traded again after the opening kickoff of the regular season until the following off-season begins.
    F) Trading future draft picks IS allowed.
    G) There is NO limit on the number of draft picks a team may accumulate via trade.
    H) Newly signed draftees and free agents may not be traded until they complete the current season with the team they signed with.
    I) Trade proposal format is posted as follows and it must be used for a trade to be accepted:

    Team A
Player A - pos - Overall rating; or draft pick
Player B - pos - Overall rating; or draft pick
    Player C - etc.
TOTAL SALARY CAP PENALTY INCURRED (IF ANY) / SALARY CAP SPACE

    Team B
Player A - pos - Overall rating; or draft pick
Player B - pos - Overall rating; or draft pick
    Player C - etc.
TOTAL SALARY CAP PENALTY INCURRED (IF ANY) / SALARY CAP SPACE
