    Kent State 2-2 @ #10 Central Michigan 4-0

Kelly Shorts Stadium - Mount Pleasant, Michigan
October 30th - 9:45 pm Central (give or take 30 minutes)

This is going to be a very interesting game! The first meeting between the two coaches, and although Kent State has losses to Tennessee and Ohio, Central Michigan is not expecting a push over from Coach Shrike as they defeated ECU (castortroy) from the C-USA side of the dynasty.

Central Michigan looks to add on to their already impressive win streak, beating #2 Notre Dame and #25 Michigan. While Kent State looks to get back on track with this win!

87 overall Freshman OLB Marcus Kemp sends a message to #2 Notre Dame

For Central Michigan, Senior quarterback #11 Ryan Radcliff. He is 50 of 70 for 1000 yards and 10 touchdowns. He has made a vast improvement from last season, and has done a great job of spreading the ball around with four receivers in double digit receptions.

other players: WR #88 Jerry Harris (Jr) - 15 receptions for 319 yards and 1 TD, HB #35 Bryan Shroeder (Sr) - 76 carries for 311 yards and 5 TDs, SS #25 Daniel Downs (So) - 28 tackles (8 TFL), 2 sacks, 2 INT.

For the Kent State, Junior quarterback #17 Matt Hurdle. He is 70 of 103 for 1032 yards, while throwing 10 TDs and 0 interceptions. Central Michigan will likely have a rough time defending Hurdle's efficient ariel attack.

other players: TE #81 Bryan Wagner (Jr) - 18 receptions for 296 yards and 4 TD, HB #36 Dwan Thornton (Sr) - 79 carries for 334 yards and 8 total TDs, FS #23 Chris Gilbert (Sr) - 34 tackles (3 TFL).

I don't know why the video showed up like that, but if a mod knows how to fix it...go ahead and edit my post. Otherwise, enjoy!

    Tradition 4 - murk vs b milley

    #4 Central Michigan 5-0 (2-0) @ Bowling Green 3-3 (1-2)

Doyt L. Perry Stadium - Bowling Green, Ohio
    November 6th - 6-6:30 pm Central

Now that my connection is fixed at school and everything I'll be able to broadcast a lot more, and just flat out play my games. Hopefully the broadcast goes smoothly and there isn't too much of a lag.

Today's match up is between Central Michigan of the MAC West and Bowling Green (b milley) of the MAC East. Both teams are hungry for a MAC conference championship game, and have this game labeled as a "must win"

Central Michigan - The Chippewas have put together an impressive win streak in the early going, knocking off #24 Michigan in week one (31-30) and taking down #2 Notre Dame in week 4 (35-33), and have also scored 50+ points twices this season on the road against Hawai'i and Temple.

The Chippewas now know better than ever to keep the petal to the metal for all four quarters after their near upset against Kent State (The Shrike) in week 6. After pulling away to a 28-3 lead at the half, CMU was feeling good with about 30 seconds left in the 3rd quarter when all hell broke loose. Three Kent State scores in two minutes got them right back in the game, and they ultimately took the lead with 30 seconds left in the 4th quarter, but it was too much time for Freshman kicker R. Moore as he booted a game-tying 52 yarder to send it to OT.

In overtime, the Chippewas got the victory, but they consider this near scare a lesson learned.

Bowling Green - For Bowling Green, the road has been tough thus far and turnovers have proven to be a key factor in their losses. They in fact have better total offense numbers than the Chippewas, but their turnovers have kept them from scoring as much as CMU (Points per Game - CMU 42.8 - BGSU - 28.6).

Bowling Green's three losses are to some of the best teams in Tradition 4. Losing to C-USA's front runner 6-0 #18 UCF (NatiSaint), last year's MAC West representitive 5-1 Northern Illinois (The Parrothead), and last week's loss to the defending MAC champ 6-0 #9 Buffalo (dub).

With two more user games on their schedule, Bowling Green can salvage their season with an upset over Central Michigan, and you can be sure they'll give it all they've got.

Players to keep an eye on -

For Central Michigan, Senior quarterback #11 Ryan Radcliff. He is 62 of 90 for 1287 yards and 13 touchdowns w/ 5 interceptions. He played a near perfect game against Kent State until he was hit while throwing and threw an interception. Look for him to bounce back from his lackluster 4th quarter performance, and put some points on the board early!

Also, Senior half back #3 Paris Cotton, who replaced the injured Bryan Schroeder in short notice and paced the Chippewas against Kent State with 110 yards on 16 carries, and a game winning 9 yard TD run in overtime!!

other players: WR #82 Cedric Fraser (Jr) - 13 receptions for 468 yards and 5 TDs, HB #35 Bryan Shroeder (Sr) - 78 carries for 324 yards and 5 TDs, SS #25 Daniel Downs (So) - 40 tackles (9 TFL), 2 sacks, 3 INT, OLB #99 Marcus Kemp (Fr) - 31 tackles (4 TFL), 1 sack, 1 INT.

    []

For the Bowling Green, Sophomore half back #29 Mark Mays. He has led the team this season with 584 yards and 7 touchdowns on 92 carries. Look for Mays to cause trouble with his speed if he can get into the open field. Look out for this kid in the future as he is only a Sophomore.

other players: QB #17 Matt Schilz (So) - 95 of 151 for 1297 yards and 9 TDs w/ 8 INTs, WR #9 Adrian Hodges (Sr) - 21 receptions for 361 yards and 4 TDs, MLB #40 Eric Jordan (Jr) - 44 tackles (5 TFL).
