RUNNING OF THE BULLSKobe Bryant's 33 points lead the Bulls to a hard-earned victory in Cleveland
Cleveland, OhioIn the opening game of the TSO Ballin' NBA league, the Cleveland Cavaliers lead by Kevin Durant and Deron Wlliams hosted the Chicago Bulls. The Bulls took an early 4 point lead, and went into the half with the lead. The 3rd quarter, however, was a different story. The Cavaliers, lead by Tim Duncan and Steph Curry off the bench shut down the Bulls offensively and opened a 7 point lead going into the 4th quarter. That's when Kobe and Melo showed up. Carmelo Anthony hit a 3-pointer to begin the 4th and the comeback was on. The Bulls consistently went to either Anthony or Kobe to finish the game, with both of them hitting clutch shots in the crunch. Kobe Bryant especially showed yet again why he is feared around the league when the game is on the line. "We knew we had to get the ball in Kobe's hands and let him win it for us tonight." said Bulls point guard Rajon Rondo, who finished with 8 points, 4 assists and 1 rebound, adding "We feel we are the best team in the league, and we know we are going to keep winning behind Melo and Kobe. They are two of the best in the league." Game was officially over when Kobe hit two clutch free-throws with 18 seconds left to put the Bulls up by 3, 69-64. After the Cavaliers failed to hit a three-point shot, Kobe was fouled again and hit one more to finish the game off. 70-64 Bulls.GG Ry, your team is tough!Team leadersPoints:Chi - Kobe Bryant 33Cle - Kevin Durant 18ReboundsChi - Pau Gasol 6, Carmelo Anthony 6Cle - Dwight Howard 5, Blake Griffin 5AssistsChi - Rajon Rondo 4Cle - Steph Curry 3, Deron Williams 3StealsChi - Carmelo Anthony 4Cle - Kevin Durant 3, Blake Griffin 3, Steph Curry 3BlocksChi - Pau Gasol 2Cle - Danny Granger 2, Tim Duncan 2, Kevin Durant 23 Pointers MadeChi - Carmelo Anthony 3Cle - Jamal Crawford 2, Joe Johnson 2
Good game, MG.
Dwight Howard (the first pick of the draft) was definitely a bust for me in his first game.
2 points, 5 rebs, and 0 blocks!
Yeah and it is even more shocking because I actually had Boozer at the 5 for most of the game by accident. Shocked Howard didn't just abuse him on the boards and in the post.
I am sure he will do better next game.
It was because of ry's "stick skillz" HAHA JK
D-FENCE! D-FENCE! Bulls defense shuts down Cavaliers on route to 64-54 W CHICAGO, ILLINOISIn the second game of the season, a familiar foe came to the United Center hungry for revenge. The Cavaliers knew what they had to do, stop Kobe Bryant. Well...the good news for them was they did (sort of). The bad news? Carmelo Anthony and Pau Gasol were there to pick up the slack. Anthony finished with 14 points, many of those points coming in the 4th quarter while the Cavaliers were still in reach. Kobe said this in the post game presser. "That is what we need. When I am getting double teamed or not shooting well, we are going to need Melo and Pau and Rajon to step up, and they did. It is a good sign that we are clicking as a team so early into the season. I am excited" Dwight Howard had a bounce-back effort after his disappointing season opener, scoring 14 points and adding a block. His rebounding is still missing, snagging only 2 rebounds all game. "It is frustraiting. I hate the Bulls, we will see them again and we will be ready" said Howard as he was boarding the team bus outside the United Center.GG again Ry, as always a tough game. Mavs go down 63-50 to Bulls
The Dallas Mavericks couldn't make the shots when it counted in the fourth quarter. More to come
ON TO THE NEXT ONEBulls beat Mavs 63-50, move to 3-0 on the seasonChicago, IllinoisThe Bulls came into this one riding a 2 game winning streak feeling confident. Needless to say, that confidence soon turned into desperation as the Mavericks gave the Bulls everything they had in the first half of this one. It was a battle throughout, and the Mavericks opened up a 7 point lead to start the game. "They had us a little rattled. We were missing everything to start the game, and they seemed to be making tough shots. We just had to regroup and play team basketball.." said Carlos Boozer after the game. Well, the Bulls eventually found their grove and won the game by their largest margin of the season, 13 points. However, the Bulls had nothing but praise to give to the Mavericks. "That team is going to be scary if they figure out how to play with each other. Bob is a rookie coach and once he figures things out, I think they might just be the most talented team in the league. We know we haven't heard the last of them." Kobe Bryant continues to play hot, scoring 23 points on an amazing 10 for 12 shooting.Team Leaders

First Trade In TSO Ballin' Goes DownCavs and Blazers make a deal.Blazers offer Chris Bosh to the Cavaliers for Blake Griffin and they accept. Both owners appeared happy to get this deal done. More to come later.
RED HOT Bulls shooters go off in rout of Portland 71-55Recap coming soon...
Great trade, pretty even. Blake is more athletic and raw while Bosh has a more refined post game.
That being said, aren't there also rumblings Deron Williams is on the way out in Cleveland? Interesting..very, very interesting...
