My personal TSO Demo experience last night
Bama vs FSU
Oregon vs Texas
Man the players look clean and sharp. Love the new animations...Jeff Tuel will own the pac 12 in COC...and will look good doing it..
Anyone else annoyed that you now have to move players with the left analog and cannot use the D-Pad?
Welcome to the 21st century. They should have removed this feature the moment we migrated to next generation gaming platforms.
You could use the dpad in past versions?
I actually find this annoying... the anologs are too close togethor for my liking when you have to use both at the same time... i prefer the d-pad for basic movement, but if the anolog was further over where the dpad is mounted it wouldnt be so annoying.
Yes. You could use the D-Pad to control player movement. This is the first thing I noticed. I went to move my return man on the kickoff and the D-Pad did not respond. I hate using the analog, so I hope they make this an option in the release of the game.
I agree. I prefer the movement control to be parallel with the buttons, which the D-Pad is.
RynoAid - any chance you know if the D-Pad will be available to control players in the PS3 version? You can only use the left analog in the demo for this. Thanks man.
I went to the controls menu on the demo and there was no option to switch it... hope this is just a demo thing otherwise some serious practice is going to be required...
haha I didn't know anyone still used the D pad
I use the d-pad too, and this annoys me! It's not like they even made the d-pad do something else, it does nothing, so why take out the option to move with it?
I didn't know anyone used the d pad either. Are all of you d pad users on PS3?
OLD SCHOOL BITCHES
but seriously, does anyone know for sure that the shipped game will require use of the analog?
If so, anyone have a PS3 controller that has the left analog farther out? may try to find one
I don't think there are any controllers where the stick is farther out. I do know they have controller adapters that allow you to use the 360 controller on PS3 and vice-versa, but they are fairly expensive (~$50+)
i think the demo has great graphics but wont play like the real game on tuesday
